wow never ever order from Currys!!! they have been unbelievable bad and hidden bad customer service behind Covid. as far as i know a symptom of Covid is not giving inaccurate, contradictory and unhelpful information, nor does it make your staff rude and ineffective. Never order from them - I have so far being on hold for over 3 hours to return a dishwasher that was broken when it was delivered.

DO NOT ORDER TVS FROM CURRYS!!! I’ve ordered a Samsung tv 3 weeks ago and paid the full price for it only to find out after I paid that they don’t have in stock! Been waiting for that Tv for a while now and if you wanna talk to someone you literally have to wait hours until someone bothers to answer. Been told by 3 different people that my order is on the way and they’ll let me know the time slot, big lie!! Phoned again today and after an hour waiting someone finally answered and said they don’t have it and it will take another 10-21 days!!! So don’t bother ordering from them, they’ll have products on their website as “in stock” when in reality they don’t but they’ll still take your money. Had to cancel the order and hopefully I’ll get my Money back

They're taking advantage of the pandemic situation and not backing up their sales with customer services. They won't answer phones, emails or even PayPal disputes. I won my PayPal dispute based on the incorrect information listed on their website and their lack of response. I was lucky to have had the foresight to pay with PayPal but others have not been so lucky and lost hundreds or thousands.

I ordered scooter for my sons birthday on Sunday evening for collection next day . Currys debited account straight away I was then told it would not be delivered until Friday . On the Thursday I was told it was not in stock. I spent 8 hours trying to get through to customer service who just fob you off or cut you off. I have had to source the scooter elsewhere and now chasing up cancellation & refund . I don’t understand delay if you don’t have the goods then customer should be refunded. What they want to do is hold your money until the item may come back into stock and just keep you hanging on until then. It is by far worst service I have ever received. Someone needs to address these unscrupulous trading methods.

I have been trying for the past 6 days to get a refund for an online order that I have never received and NOW no longer want! I have managed to get through to speak to someone after many hours on hold twice on their phone line, each time I get a hang up or mis information telling me to go to the store to collect my refund, I went to the store and waited outside for 45 minutes, finally got to the counter and they assured me that I could not get a refund inshore that because I had ordered it online I could get a refund online!, so I try again on the phone and after 1.33 hours I get to speak to someone again and explain only to have the phone put back on hold without any explanation, after another 1.42 hours I have given in for today! I will try again tomorrow! I will also write to them and also to the Guardian and my MP. This is a total disgrace, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE, I wish I read the reviews before placing my order, I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN INSORE OR ONLINE

Avoid at all costs placed an order, paid extra for fast delivery and nothing, impossible to get hold of unless you want to place another order, will never shop here again. Contacted my cardholder now to chargeback the funds.

Disgrace. 600 hours trying to get in touch with someone without them putting the phone down. Over 3 months get in touch. Over 3 hour wait each call made to have the phone cut off when put through. So far 10 days for a refund. A joke of a company

I had to call customer service from instore to secure a delivery payment.. I get people are working from home but no-one should have to wait over 60min for someone to acknowledge your call. Awful!!! Sort it out Currys!

I ordered Microsoft office online on the 14th April and I still haven't received it. Software is delivered via a third party supplier using a digital stock room but I'm still waiting on a password to access. I've tried the chat room, emailing, calling (don't bother both times cut off after over an hour waiting). I've even tried emailing the CEO. Seriously considering the small claims court.

Product wasn’t delivered although we received a text with date and approx time. Telephoned next day and waited ages to get through to help desk and twice someone answered, muttered something on hearing the reference number and put me back on hold. The online help arranged another delivery date but product didn’t turn up. I’ve just spent half an hour trying to get through to help desk but they shut before taking the call. My reference number is not recognised on the tracking system so at my wits end! If I can’t get any joy I’ll contact PayPal to get my money back and will certainly never shop with them again - it’s not worth the anguish!

The deliveryman was supposed to take the old washing machine and install a new one. However, he said he was late for the next job and just dropped the new machine. I was on the phone to speak to Currys customer service for over 2 hours. The line was disconnected after they picked up the phone. Very bad experience. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM CURRYS AGAIN

Terrible customer service experience. Very rude staff, when I called customer service to return a faulty phone staff picked up the phone and put the phone on hold again without dealing with my query. I requested a return online which I never received a reply.....I am not going to shop there again.

Purchased a cooker for my 70 year old disabled mother paid for delivery and installation. Currys were made aware of my mothers circumstances.We waited 2 weeks for a delivery date. We arranged for the old cooker to be disconnected the evening before delivery of the new one. Delivery of the new cooker came 7am however delivery drivers stated they were not quilfied to connect the new cooker and just left it in the packaging in the kitchen. No contact from Currys at anytime up to delivery or in fact after delivery tried for 2 days to get in touch. I managed to get in contact via facebook messenger. The was not aware of why installation did not take place and offered a new date for 2 weeks later. They clearly expect my mother to be without cooking facilities for 2 weeks. absolutely shocking.. Will never shop her again.... Please do not waster your money with this company.

Absolutely staggered they continue to trade as they are clearly in no position to provide anything that resembles a service. 3 months on. They have loads of my money. I don't have the product I ordered. Not even an update of what is going on. Infact, the only information I have, is through me trying day after day to contact them. Will never ever use Currys again judging by my experience and many others. Let's see if they can make it 4 months with no contact or resolution. I bet they will achieve this with ease.

If I could award them negative stars I would. They delivered the wrong product in April, still not resolved almost 3 months later. Average wait time for their so called Customer service is 2 hours. When you do finally get through they just transfer you to someone else. Avoid like the plague.

Have just been to Luton Dunstable Road Currys to Car Phone Warehouse for a phone upgrade. Just got told that as they were shutting in twenty mins to come back the next day.Terrible customer service.Shall now go elsewhere. Give this store no stars

I got a laptop from curry which got a… I got a laptop from curry which got a loose screw and unfortunately, it went lost. I asked them if they can deliver me one, but instead, I have to send the laptop with special delivery which will cost me £15 (because of their low-quality product) and wait for 2 weeks (God knows how am I going to do my work in this time). All of this instead of sending me 1-2 screws haha... pathetic. I believe the people in the leadership line of Customer Service when they want to scratch their left ear, they use the right hand over the head to do so. This is how much they complicate easy things...
