Curry's ship out technology that does not work (recognising this happens occasionally) and then when customer try to return within the returns time window customers are met with complete chaos and obfuscation. Absolutely disgusted with their shambolic and chaotic approach to customer service. Their digital customer engagement web platform is failed. Their customer service telephone support is failed. Their written complaints procedure is failed. They place links that are removed from their web site so customers cannot engage and they state these will not be responded to!!!. They fail to respond to formal letters of complaint. Take customers on a journey from dissatisfaction to one of absolute disgust. I hope this helps some potential customers from avoiding being an actual customer......

Ordered an item from them. Never arrived although I received an email saying that it was due to be delivered yesterday. Impossible to track the item with the information I have been provided. They don't have any email address to contact them. Tried calling their customer service number and spent 45 minutes on the line and still cannot get hold of anyone. By the way it is 034 number which meant that I had to pay for that 45 minutes I was on hold. What a total nightmare. Avoid the company please.

Bought a CoPilot dash cam with rear view camera online. Didn't work, lockdown prevented return to store. Long holds, 2 hours+, on the phone, then disconnected without an answer. Three letters to their Sheffield PO Box unanswered. No from help from store in Derby, needed to call help number which they don't answer. I've bought big items locally instead (oven, freezer, phone system, PC, dishwasher, if this is the "service" from Currys.

Please, Please, PLEASE, avoid buying from these, they have the worse customer service, I am disabled and had my washer is insured by knowhow, a technician came to repair it told me it was not repairable and asked for my email then gave me a code, I shopped with the code online for a replacement, choose the washer to suit me (Note when I chose the washer it didn't state that it was out of stock), one month on I'm still waiting for my washer, I've already been intouch with Currys/PC world twice to ask what's going on and the 1st phone call they've told me that they are out of stock and they will be in stock again in 10 days, 10 days I got back intouch I was on the phone to customers services for 3hours and the told me that they would be delivering it in 2 to 3 days. 3days has gone and still no washing machine and I'm still paying monthly payments to team knowhow

Maybe have staff employed who want to make eye contact or speak with you would be a great start. Queued today to get into the store, then stood in the shop for 15 minutes, there were only 3 other customers in the store (more staff than customers) and I needed to ask for help at that stage to be told it would be maybe another 20 mins before some one could speak to me, seriously? why open if your staff don't want to be there, this is the worst store I have ever encountered: Belfast Forestside.

Absolute disgrace - damaged washer-dryer, left without washing machine for days I bought a washer-dryer and when it came it was damaged, so I had to send it back. I’ve also bought the removal of the old washing machine service. Please note that they removed the old one, still working, BEFORE they checked the new one, which turned out to be damaged. They assured me that the replacement washer-dryer would have been delivered the day after, but instead the day after they confirmed they will deliver in 4 days, leaving me without washing machine for days. As soon as you buy, they bombard you with emails to review your purchase BEFORE you receive it, so if you review then you really don’t know what you are reviewing… this obviously prevent them from getting bad reviews as people didn’t have a chance to experience their extremely poor service. Absolute disgrace, go somewhere else as they are terrible. Order number: 7426159659

Next time John Lewis or AO will have my custom Delivery Arrived 3 hours earlier than there “window” with 30 mins notice to get carer to arrive to see to the delivery. Left polystyrene on lawn, they stepped on the plug so after 4 hours when it should have been plugged in, (allowing for gas to settle) was left with no working fridge freezer as plug was destroyed. As old appliance was removed, all food was starting to defrost. They didn’t level the appliance, plug it in to check it was working and damaged the plug so the plug had to be replaced. The whole experience was extremely stressful for an 80 year old, all while caring for her husband. Customer Services didn’t answer, and online chat said to call an electrician.

Now on my second dishwasher from Currys as they would only give me a voucher off for my 1st dishwasher as it was 1 week out of guarantee. Now this dishwasher has broken down on the week before guarrantee. 2 months later, I am still without a repaired or replaced dishwasher.

Absolute terrible customer service do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered a fridge from Curry’s it was delivered and fitted during the removal of my old fridge the know how guys damaged my new flooring. They took full responsibility for the damage however on trying to claim I’ve had nothing but issues. I have now been told by Curry’s they won’t pay until the new flooring has been fitted I told them I couldn’t afford to replace it at the moment and was told by them that this was the process. I’m completely disgusted by there attitude. Stay away from this company.

Bunch of pathological liars at currys this is the 2nd time in just over a year that I have paid for things at currys and they arrange a date for delivery and installation, text me that morning giving a delivery time and then phone up telling me they can’t come and they don’t know when they will be able to deliver and install. They are quick to take your money and lie through their back teeth, they had no intention of delivering or installing my induction hob today! I guess it comes naturally for staff at currys to lie with such monotonous regularity, they are disgusting, they treat customers with contempt! So I am supposed to wait in all day again whenever they decide that they might come and deliver and install my Induction hob, don’t know when that will be, they haven’t even have the decency to tell me, but then again they will no doubt lie as per usual, I hate currys now will never buy another thing from them, I will shop at John Lewis from now on. Liars every single one of them.

I ordered a MacBook mega safe 2 charger on the 15th July and chose the click and collect option at my local curries pc world. I received an acknowledgement email stating that they will email me once the order is ready to collect. Only to receive an email the following day (16th) stating that my order has been cancelled. I then checked my account and realised that my account was debited £29.99 as well as my gift card of £50. Confused, I tried calling curries twice but the waiting time to be answered was extremely long so I decided to drive to my local curries to investigate why my order was cancelled. When I got there I waited for over an hour before my issue was dealt with by the online customer service team as the in-store customer service team stated they were not able to help. Only to be told that in order to get the charger, I need to purchase one now and wait for my refund which will take 5-10 working days. Despite having the charger in stock and have already been debited; I was able not able to get a charger. No one was able to provide an explanation as to why my order was cancelled. My experience with curries has been extremely difficult and a hassle. I will never return as a customer to curries again and i would strongly advise anyone else considering to purchase from this company to explore other options that offers better customer service.

Drive thru service was exactly what it wasn't supposed to be. I arrived at the store, announced my arrival, completed the details of my order plus car details and opened the boot. When I reached 1 on the waiting list an assistant appeared, asked me to come into the store and complete my details there. You shouldn't promote what you cannot do.

Had to have a printer at short notice. Waited and it didn't come only to call customer service after three days and be told that the printer was out of stock and they were not able to get a printer to me. No one seemed really bothered about the inconvenience or the fact that they hadn't bothered to inform me and I could be waiting for a month.
