“Great click and collect service, reserved a fitbit online, standard price, but was able to collect with confidence within the time it took to get to the shop, 20 mins. Was in and out a happy shopper without having to wait for an assistant. Great service if you know what you want.”

“Sent laptop in for repair 6 times and each time it came back it worked for a couple of days before breaking down again. Each time they stated it was a software issue. The last time I checked a new hard drive was hardware and not software. It's now in again and they won't write it off despite the contract stating they have to after the 4th attempt at not fixing it. Each time it came back it brought new problems (scratched casing, scratched screen, broken battery so it falls out, missing screws for casing so charger doesn't fit in casing, unresponsive USB ports, freezing trackpad and slow, unresponsive laptop with a CPU running at 100% at all times). We have already managed to work out what is causing the initial problem that it keeps going back in for however this problem is not cheap to fix. That is why it is ignored and temporarily fixed. I am beyond irritated with company and will never be making a purchase of their products ever again”

“Very disappointed With Currys After care Service!!!! picked up A JVC Television on the addvice of Father Christmas, only for it To go Wronge!!! Customer Srevice told the Television Must Have Been Dropped !!!!!! I Can Assure you the Television Has Not Been Dropped, ( How Do We Know the Television Was Not Dropped in Trantsit!!! ) Poor Daughter Now Thinks Father Christmas Gave Her A loud Off Old Rubbish !!! I Would Never Get Any thing From Cuurys Again. As aTelevision is Only 7 Months Old Should Not Go Wronge ????”

“RUINED MY WEDDING**Ordered a £900 camera for my wedding on the Friday, website said delivery Saturday to store, chose currys over amazon prime, saturday comes, no delivery, emailed saying it will be delivered sunday, store then tell me they dont have deliveries on Sunday, On The Monday they have now 'lost' the parcel!! RUINED MY WEDDING! Thanks currys!!!!! ACOID THIS LIEING DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY!!”

“Ordered fridge freezer delivery next day and door swap. delivery late then told their paperwork stated delivery & collection, not a door change, stated store had booked wrong items. Not doing anything but deliver. as they left looked at paper work and it stated door swap. they had no intention on following work instructions plain lied. So the result is now never going to buy any further products or services from Curry's or Know How. Normally work on the basis of use the local stores if possible but given this experience I am quite happy to lose this local store will tell family and friends to use anybody else but this shower. Never again.”

“Everything. I bought a 43 inch smart tv, in six months owning this set it has been back for repair 3 times, it is still not right and they are now refusing to do anything about it. And the chap on the complaint counter at the Blackpool store accused me of lying. Totally unacceptable I will never set foot in their stores again and would advise anyone considering going to them to seriously reconsider. I walked out of the store without the tv. My next stop is trading standards.”
