I visited the Solihull branch on 20/5 and the staff member I saw was unhelpful, lacking in knowledge about the product (American Fridge Freezer) and was actually rather rude asking me if I worked on a farm because I was wearing wellies?!?!?

my wife and I recently purchased 2 new mobile phones from currys at white city retail park in old Trafford Manchester and even though they were very busy the young assistant went all out to make us both happy we felt like we were taking a bit too long to choose a phone but the assistant said no problem and we didn't feel like we were being rushed at all .and a few weeks later we went back to the store just to look around and the same lad came up to us and asked how we liked our phones and if he could help us again ..so all in all very impressed

Bought cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine in one visit and all products were great value and delivered when agreed. We made a mistake on the size of the washing machine and had to return it, which was all dealt with easily and no issues. Because we bought from a local store, they happily collected it and delivered a new one, at no extra cost. Brilliant.

We went into the store to buy a built in oven. They forgot to give us a receipt, therefore, we had to go back in store to collect it. Once collected, we scheduled the oven delivery and installation date. On the day, they came to install it, but had NO OVEN DELIVERED!!! The installation guys told us that the store somehow had managed to cancel the order and forgot to re-log it! What a mess! We have never experienced such a bag service and co-ordination.

Didn't realise cooker we bought had to be hardwired, so booked installation with yourselves. Turned up & said they couldn't do it as wrong socket. If you offer installation, you should honour it, will never use again or recommend.

Beyond useless in relation to online order of dishwasher. Delivery booked for 7-11 am with £29.99 surcharge for the privilege. As my wife had to be left the house at 11:30 am I called the customer service number at 10:30 am to alert them to this fact. I was assured that the driver would be there by 11:10 am. Surprise surprise no sign by 11:40 am (actual time my wife had to leave to catch a train). Assured could deliver between 5:00 and 6:15 pm so I left work early to be there. 6:30 pm came and no sign so called then and again at 7:30pm. Ultimately told that would be two days later for delivery although they would refund the delivery cost. I asked them to put a note in their system to call me back to ensure delivery was in fact effected and that I was a satisfied customer but they refused. Will not use again - muppets.

Went to curry cambridge to order a specific bosch dishwasher with freecdelivery and installationwas soon told it was all an all day wait for delivery but this was no good as I had to be out by 3pm it could be done if I paid £39.99. The female really didn't want to know , never asked if another day would do which it defiantly would have been. Not the first time I have found their staff useless. Now going to try AO AND APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE

Happy with the service. I bought a LG TV from Currys. Unfortunately, the product was damaged but they agreed to replace it the next day without any issues.

Cowboy outfit, with a Cowboy attitude. Tears of frustration turned to tears of laughter, so far I've had a fridge freezer and a washing machine delivered, both turned away as wrong. I am waiting for a dishwasher (replacement) all delivered to my old address as because of data protection they are unable to deliver to my new address. Good job I am friends with the new people I will never again deal with this shambolic company.

Good telephone customer service, and excellent service at the pay desk. Quick and efficient. Shame I had to travel out to Falkirk to buy the item when it should have been immediately available in Edinburgh.

I had a phone call from Knowhow to tell me my gas cooker and fridge freezer was in the van just as they were about to arrive at my house, but they could not connect the the gas cooker because they were not fitters? I had paid £85.00 for this service to be done. I had already had all the old cooker and everything taken out, ready for the new freestanding cooker. The deliver me then undid the boxing to the fridge freezer to find the door dented in. I just could not believe what was happening. I said to send that one back to be replaced, little did I know that the deliver men did not reorder the fridge freezer I only found this out when I went in store to sort out all the problems. I now have to wait for a fitter to connect the oven and new fridge freezer. I went back in store at Currys to try and sort this out because they could not help me when I phoned the help line at customer service, the staff told me to go over to the Knowhow desk. It seems that no one is really taking responsibility for what has happened and I am so cross to be with out a oven and fridge freezer for a week. I am let down with the whole experience. So until next week I have no oven not fridge freezer. Would I go back and buy for Currys again? NO

I sent my laptop for repair and it came back damaged by them. I tried to apply for compensation and they said I can only get it sent back for repair (to the same people who damaged it in the first place). I'm a student so this is really unfair because laptop skins are very expensive and I was saving up to buy one. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect.
