If there was a way to give these fraudsters -100 rating, I would do just that. They are thieves and fraudsters and I am in the process of lodging a forma complaint with the ombudsman for their blatant attempt to steal my £99. I purchased a stereo online which I collected with 3 major components missing, rendering the product useless. I arranged collection and replacement and that has been a nightmare since. They have colluded with the other fraudsters, DPD who keep lying they have been attempting recollection 4 times now and the package hasn't been ready for collection. While they have failed me continually, they have refused to refund my money. It's about to turn bloody with these fraudsters because by the time I'm done with them they will know not to mess with me. Their big name means nothing!!! It's simply a cover for FRAUD and SCAMMING customers. THIEVES! THIEVES!! THIEVES!!! DISHONEST THIEVES AND A FRAUDULENT WAY OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS.

Terrible customer aftercare. Bought a washing machine 2 years ago with a 5 year care plan. Door is now leaking and I cant get through to anyone to help. Called the Careplan number and they say they (voice recording) that they only assist with goods less that 12 months old. This is within the manufacturers warranty period so what then is the point of spending £99.99 on additional aftercare/warranty? That is FRAUD?!!

Currys PC world is one of the most dishonest, manipulative and corrupt business and organisations. I noticed late yesterday at about 5.30 pm on 14 October 2020 and this morning at 8 am Currys PC World were advertising Microsoft Surface Pro7 i5 for £659. I took a print and went to the local Currys PC World to purchase this tablet . On my arrival there at 10 am, the price was £899 at the shop. I quiried it with the shop manager and I showed the print out to the him. I simply asked how can they increase the price of a product by nearly 30% in a matter of 2 hours. His response was that the head office often do it to manipulate customers and this isn’t new to their stuff. In my view this is a disgraceful, dishonest, manipulative and corrupt business. People should be aware and don’t buy anything from such a corrupt business and organisation.

I recently bought a new cooker online from Curry's. I expected a receipt by email which never arrived. I did get txt messages from their delivery team giving me an order number and delivery date. I contacted their customer services to try and get a receipt only to find i couldn't email or phone them. I had to chat to an advisor online. I told him my problem, gave him all my details that i used online to buy the cooker and the order number i was sent only to be told that unless i had a CUR order number he couldn't help me. I explained the CUR number would be on the receipt that i was never sent. He refused to help me so i'm stuck without a receipt. I know and he knows that the info i gave him was enough for him to locate my order and send a receipt. He just didn't want to. I have spent thousands at Curry's over the years but it will be a cold day in Satan's home town before i shop there again.

Arrived at curry’s Grimsby at a17:30 12/10/20 to inquire about ordering an electric scooter. (Closed at 18:00) After approaching the desk and asking for help as I wanted to inquire about price match (advertised on website) I was then told to wait , after some time I again approached desk same sales assistant! I asked about the Xiaomi scooter priced at £400 and alternatively priced on drones direct at £319! I was informed I would have to buy scooter then ring a number to ask about price match, which I found curious ??? The story continues.... I was then told this could not be ordered to store by the sales assistant ???? Ok I will leave this for now! Sales assistant then said a lady assistant called coral could help ! She was stood next to us ! She then stated “no I can’t I have too much on” I then asked the same assistant about a toshiba tv I wished to buy at the same time (on display not in stock ???) I then asked can the assistant order to store? No as it’s not in stock anywhere tohiba pay us to have it on show he said he then informed me I could request email online when back in stock! Ok I thought ! So after going to store intending to spend around £700 I left empty handed and a little annoyed, I then proceeded to order the tv online in the car park myself with delivery to store , indicating this was in stock and they just didn’t wish to help or order either item for me despite me being prepared to wait for delivery and pay upfront. This is not the first time I have left this store very disappointed! I would advise travelling to an alternative curry’s store to avoid being dissatisfied and disappointed

Around 7 weeks ago i gave my espresso machine back to the local currys as it didn't work. The guy on customer service told me that it can take up to 4 weeks, which is fine. 6 weeks after this i had no call about my espresso machine so i decided to drive there and ask about it. The same guy was on customer service and told me that they lost my machine when they were transferring it (!!!!!!!!). He said that they are investigating what happened. I don't care what happened to be honest, its been 7 weeks and i still don't have a phone call from you. The machine been lost its not a good excuse. Very disappointing.

Ordered Logik dehumidifier as was rated highly by Which. In stock I local store in Hamilton. Purchased online and waited for email confirming when I could pick it up. Email duly received so set off to the store. When I arrived I followed the procedure for collections which involves following instructions online and then opening my boot, waiting in car and my item would be brought out and so no personal contact and Covid risk minimum. After waiting over 20 minutes no one had appeared (I wouldn't normally be so patient but given the current situation I suffered). Eventually I went into store to ask. Assistant was surprised at what had happened and explained how it should work. She radioed to the storeroom and my item was brought to me in around five minutes . When asked why the system that they had in place to protect staff and customers failed I received a "dont know" and a shrug of shoulders. Currys, if you have a system make sure it works. If there aren't enough staff then admit it and take down the system. Incredible, frustrating and time wasting. I shall think twice about using them again.

Worst customer services I had ever come across. Bought a towerfan in July on line ( model : D29TOWERFAN ST-67). There was no user manual. Tried to get one on line, but not available for this model. Spent long time talking on the phone to customer service several times . Promised to send one in post everytime which never seems to arrive. Spoke to Amanda on live web chat just now who said try again as she she does not know what to do and left the chat abruptly.

Bought a asus laptop from them . A few weeks later it had a few problem so took it back for repair. Was informed it would be sent back to asus for the repairs . Three weeks later was informed from currys pc world asus has returned the item and didn't find any problems with it. So I contacted asus regarding this . Asus have never seen or dealt with my laptop. So for three weeks its been sat on a shelf in the shop. So why try and cover things up . Always double check what currys pc world are upto . As of now lost nearly a months cover and still waiting for the return of said item. UPDATE . got a phone call this morning 9/10/2020 laptop repaired. Went into currys pc world (happy). Spoke too tech guys who then brought my laptop out.he then went on and said its working perfect and to check it out. I pressed the power on button and guess what . It had faults again would not boot up . Then informed by tech guys they would restart the system all over again and ring me yet again when its fixed. I then spoke to a manager in store. He stated they won't charge me this time for the repair (lmao) and can they keep hold of it for a few more days to test and sort the problem out. I Asked for a replacement, told no , so they have it still in the store. And as for contacting you on social media or ring you . 5 or more emails . Over 1 hour wait on the phone (charged after 60 minutes) and still no reply from head office . Its a joke. Another email on its way . Sent about another 6 emails today 10/10/2020. I had the laptop about 7 weeks they've had it 4 weeks. I should get a call from the store tomorrow Sunday about it. Keeping my fingers crossed . Honestly try a different store for electrical goods .

My 86 year old mother spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get someone to come and repair her washing machine after taking out your insurance, she finally got through to someone she could actually talk to only to be cut off when she gave them her postcode. She is now very distressed and the problem is not resolved.

Item paid for on 22 September - no tracking number given and then emails stating it was delivered on 29 September. When I called, I could not get though and then received another email stating it would be delivered on 23 September (it was 2 October at this point). Cut off from customer services and when i did get through I was told I could not have a refund because how did they know that I did not in fact have the item and be illegitimately asking for a refund... Any minor discount on whatever product you think you might achieve by buying from Currys simply isn't worth the drama and wasted time when something goes wrong.

The first chest freezer you delivered was damaged. The second chest freezer (to replace the first) was damaged. I agreed to accept it when the delivery driver offered me a 15% refund. I didn't receive the refund. I wrote to your complaints department (because your e-mail isn't functioning, your web chat is useless and your 'phones never answered). One month later, I haven't even received the courtesy of a response to my letter.

Returned a faulty item 1 month ago, expecting refund within 14 days max, still waiting. Contacted support many times, each time promised to get the refund within two days. Absolutely awful.

I ordered a new washing machine in March 2020 with a recycling of my old washing machine. The guys who delivered my washing machine refused to take my old one and after at least 10 emails and several phone calls that no one answered I'm still waiting for my refund.... It's October now....

We ordered a printer on the 19th September 2020, were told there were 3 left. Telephoned them on the 29th September to see if it had arrived. Told that we had been allocated one and to try 6th October when stock arrives. Went into the store today as no one answering the phone, to be told there are none in the country, so why were we told we had been allocated one. Now told there is an ex display in Wocester, which they will try and get for us. Signed unhappy customer
