Selling items they don't have stock off, again, still, continually...how the hell do they expect to stay in business? I would say do not shop here but if your reading this chances are its too late! What has happened to Customer Service in the UK as a whole? F'ing terrible

I ordred a £140 Sonos Speaker and received a kettle. There is no phone number available to speak to someone. Before being able to get through to a human being on the online chat, it takes me through an awful system that doesn't recognise what I want. I have been trying since last week to chat to someone but i'm always in a queue of 130 or so. I finally got through to someone just now after at least a 40 minute wait who said they would collect the item and then deliver the speaker, which is annoying but at least they are sorting it. As i was typing, the chat disconnected so i have to go through the whole process again to make sure they have logged it. Fuming! Do not order online if you are expecting good after sales.

Purchased oven with installation and recycling add ons which added a further £90.00 to cost. Prepared a safe working environment for installers as suggested so everything was ok. A simple gas to electric conversion with cooker switch nearby ready for wiring. Teamknowhow, the installers, pride themselves on being fully qaulified and professional and apparently have install ed more appliances than anyone else. So can they explain why on the day they turned up, they staMted they were not qualified enough to undertake the job. I was told I would have to sort it out with customer services then made a quick departure leaving oven in front room and an old broken gas oven still connected. Why should I have to waste my time and energy sorting out a problem they created. Totally shambolic and disgusting service. There has been a number of similar reviews on other sites were there has been similar occurrences. This sounds very suspicious. I have since found someone else to do the work but now have to battle to recoup the installation fees from Currys. As for their customer services a total and utter joke, beyond belief. Deliberately set up to make it near impossible to make contact with a human to sort out a problem.I gave up after 2 days and am going through the bank regarding refund. A truly repugnant and dishonest company in every conceivable way.

The worst service I have ever had...... The worst service I have ever had never ever buy from here. It started on line three times their website went down while I was buying my Samsung washer. When I finally got the order put in and after costing me just under £450.00 I got no confirmation of my order or delivery date and not even a thank you email. I tried all week to get a confirmation of the sale and delivery time 17 times on the phone never to speak to a person. On the day of delivery I finally had a man answer and tell me oh yes their coming today between 7AM & 7PM. They showed up and the two delivery guys where nice. They dropped off the machine and left. We spent 4 hours trying to level the machine with No Load in it and two engineers on a level concrete floor. It won't stop smashing its way across the floor. The next morning at 9:32 I started calling Curry's customers service. LoL. They finally answered the phone at 12:48 they asked for my confirmation numbers I have none, How about your receipt I wasn't given one, I ended up giving my email and my Currys account number only to be told this is a business account. I said nope I have no business. " Well that's what its gone under a business account" I asked how did it open a business account with No Business name? No Business number? No Vat Number? In fact nothing but my name and address and a credit card. Either way I was then told we can't help you on weekends. Call back Monday So again No Help, I am now sitting with a £450. paper weight and currys don't give a dam. DON'T What ever you do buy from these people. Let them go out of business. I will drive a hundred miles and pay a lot more rather than buy anything from Currys again.

Order 16th Nov My 11 year old son has saved up for a gaming pc and was very excited when we ordered it. When it cameit came with the wrong adapter I rang up and was told I had to return the whole item. They arranged for DPD to collect since then I have been told the parcel is missing, then the parcel is there but a blender not a gaming pc, then told I had received a refund. Rang to speak to a manager told had to wait 24/48hrs for a manger to call me I got no call!!!!! Then got a email to say replacement on it's way , next day got an email to say I needed to prove the parcel was sent back, they arranged the collection.Argg Rang up a different number and I have been speaking to someone who is hopefully trying to sort this mess but I have to wait till Wednesday. I am so annoyed they have had the money for this for 3 weeks now and I have nothing to show for it and trying to explain to an 11 year old why he still has no gaming pc is really hard.

I recently purchased a cooker and paid an extra £85 for installation. They delivered the cooker, but made some bull story why they couldn't install it. I got a gas engineer out the same day who installed it without any issues. Plus I'm never recieved a refund for my installation that I did not receive

This is the most shamble service I ever experienced. The service guys do not want do their job when deliver they pick up back the delivery without reasons. They do many excuses to not do their duties. They did not want to install my dishwasher becase the cover has no handle. I told them install it without cover and handle I will do on my own in my integrated dishwasher regardless they refused to do it and they disapear with my dishwasher. I hope that the two reps lose their job soon. I cannot imagine someone like that serve clients.

Went to High Street Kensington branch to buy a Amazon fire 7, asked two people working there what I wanted so all they had to do was open the cage and give me the tablet and I go to the till and pay after 25 mins of waiting decided it was quicker to go to Argos in Shepherd’s Bush and bought one from there! It wasn’t even busy!

I bought a washing machine last week Friday to be delivered this Friday, I took a day off and this morning just got a text saying that the delivery is going to be this Sunday instead. I was disappointed, called and after 10 minutes of waiting spoke to Natasha for a few seconds, soon after she had the order number she put me on hold for another 10 minutes then she said she can only arrange the delivery for this Saturday instead. So she said I would be able to see it on my account. Around an hour after getting off the phone, I check my account and it was still showing Sunday. So I called again and after another 20 minutes of waiting, they said that no one has changed the delivery and it's still on Sunday, it took me another one hour to rebook it on Monday instead. So this is my complaint about Natasha's poor performance.

Order Purchased - 27th Nov Order Purchased, next day received an email saying that there is a delay with the order being received and someone would be in touch personally, then the following day get an email asking me how the products were which were obviously not received, gave them 6 days then called them to be told the order has been on hold as they are out of stock even though you could still purchase the items from there website at a higher price but if you want any of the other items in the order you have to purchase again at a higher price from the website. Shocking customer service, order now fully cancelled as Currys is a Joke, as a customer why would i buy the items again for more money from the website, if the items are out of stock why are you still offering them on your website at a higher price even though you are saying they are out of stock and did not give an alternative based on their scam. Items now purchased from Ebay for cheaper and also 1 other supplier at the same price will not be using Currys again for personal or business. On top of that have to wait 14 Days for a refund. Have also just checked still selling the item that was out of stock but at a higher price sounds like they did no want to give item at a cheaper price which they offered and want you to purchase at a higher price after Black Friday sale. Company is a con and should be reported to reading standards Keep away.

Big american fridge freezer dropped by the driver unfortunately in the process of making the delivery. Could spot damage at the time ...in a cramped kitchen with the delivery driver and his mate in attaendance ...but susequently seen the damage to the fridge , bottom offside corner. Trying to contact Currys about this .... impossible. Webchat doesnt work , you cant get through and if you press the wrong number option they send you off to LGs site who are closed / or unavailable. They make it impossible to get a simple issue resolved. I wish i hadnt given the drivers the benefit of the doubt and told them to replace the item as soon as they spilled it. I feel like currys are taking advantage of my good nature. They are 100% dreadful ...in this day and age they will not survie vs amazon / AO etc . tempted to buy some shares ( a handful only ) and go to their AGM

Never again. The company sold me a laptop that actually was not having in stock. I was informed I could pick my parcel up at this/that place & hour. When I came over I was informed it was ma bank's fault "my order was in a grey area". My bank confirmed that Currys PC world took the money. I never got any email informing me my order had been cancelled. I missed the Black Friday deals and spent hours on the customer service phone and site. Moreover, I can see on their website that they are still selling the same laptop with the option for the next day delivery for tomorrow, while literally at the same time being on the phone and informed by the Currys PC world salesman they won't have those laptops until December 7th. What a lying company.

Really really poor & don't value customers time. - Ordered an Electric cooker to replace a Gas cooker - Paid for installation After placing the order online I tried to contact customer services to let them know that we will be going from Gas to Electric so the installer will need to know both. For 3 days (delivery time was 5 days) I tried to contact them via the online chat & phone but could never get to speak to a human. I must have wasted at least 2 hours over 3 days trying to do this. Then the cooker arrived & guess what... The installer confirmed he only does Electric>Electric (not his fault). I then asked him for a direct number for someone to speak to but he said there wasn't one I will need to call the main number & then get put through to someone to rearrange the installation by a Gas & Electric engineer... No luck of course, bear in mind I had to wait in for 4 hours for the cooker to be delivered & another 1 hour trying to contact them after the delivery, so far up to 7 hours lost in my time. After this I just called AO & ordered the same cooker, their process? - Add product to basket - Direct phone number pops up in your face! WE WANT TO TALK TO OUR CUSTOMERS!! - Within 12 minutes on that call I had ordered the same cooker, installation (Gas>Electric) & had a very pleasant experience. After feeling refreshed I then finally managed to get a human on Curry's Live chat (amazing when you select "Refund" they want to speak to you) & have now arranged a collection & refund! Of course another 4 hour window to wait for them! Dreadful, awful experience. Please use the main competitor, I even got a welcome pack from them! I hope the refund doesn't take long!
