I wouldnt even give it 1 star if i could black friday a load of rubbish paid for product took the money customer service rubbish an telling me my item not here till 18th so basically it seems they took everyones money first to buy the products. Shouldnt sell things online as a deal if you cant forfill it i should of just went to tesco or argos a real company that dont mess you about like this no wonder all reviews are poor If my item does not arrive on 18th i will personally go and help myself to a few i phones off your display and maybe break a few expensive items thankyou x

I went to buy a TV 2 years ago. I had a budget of £900.My husband saw a curved TV at £1,499. We asked for 5 times payments but we were denied. They proposed us to do a deposit. And pay the rest for 2 years £69 a month. After 2 years I decided to stop the direct debits.I received a letter charging me £15 because of I did not pay the direct debit (I cancelled it ). I called to pay and found out that the TV did not belong to me as I was given a hiring contract. Therefore, besides the £1600 ish that I paid for my TV need to add £350 to keep my TV. WHO HIRE a TV?

Order arrived, but not on lorry. Delivery people could offer no explanation or any clue as to what to do next. Was left on hold for over 90 minutes after this - to be told I would be rung back. Nobody rang back - awaited a return call the next day. No return call. Rang again to be told the delivery would have to be re-arranged. Could not be done at a convenient time - having taking time off to await first no show. Cancelled order - had to wait 120 mins to do so. Was told the money would appear in my account by Weds 12pm. Still no show. Need to order a purchase a washing machine, but cannot until I receive money. Still on hold of 30 minutes trying to talk to somebody about where the refund is. Used to be impressed by Curry's - this has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

Was tempted by the low price on black friday only to be left with an order that is undelivered, paid for, no status, no reply from emails, tweets, facebook messages and numerous 15min plus calls to their non-existent customer service telephone line. I want to be given the chance to cancel and looks elsewhere but cannot, don't have that the option. My order has no information against it except "Item tracking not available". Before I placed my order I ordered click and collect only to told when I arrived that they are out of stock (then why allow me to reserve my item for collections?), so after that I was encouraged to order online because they have the item I want in stock ... what a bad mistake ... so much I need to share my experience so others can beware.

I bought a fridge freezer to be delivered. My flat is on the third floor and the two delivery men were unpleasant towards me about that, huffing and puffing and giving me attitude about carrying it up the stairs. I waited for them while they phoned their office and refused to deliver it. I bought a second hand one the next day and carried it up with my boyfriend.

Told me my dishwasher was not in warranty when it clearly was. Never rang back when they said they would. Sometimes hung up on when the call centre staff couldn't be bothered to talk to me. And very nearly had to take them to court to get my money back after 7 weeks of not being able to use my dishwasher. I will never shop with them again!

I ordered 8 products online and had several issues, first of all I received duplicate items which I had to accept one and refuse the other then some parts were missing from my item which I had to chase up Curry's which they kept referring me back and fourth to the delivery service company to which I was charged 20 pounds on my latest phone bill, so finally we arranged a collection and it was sent back. I issued a refund and a exchange for 2 products and those 2 issues took ages to resolve. I had an issue with the customer service line where I was treated unfairly by one of the workers called James spoke to me like a child instead of a customer, he was stubborn, wouldn't let me finish of my sentences, kept repeating no over and over whilst I tried to explain my concerns, would not pay attention which further let to misunderstanding between us, I spoke to the manager after who comforted me but I still have not received my refund, exchange and compensation. I called them up after a few days and was told that they have made another mistake from their side which was my exchanged items were delivered to the wrong warehouse which meant that I'll have to wait until it is delivered to the right one, scanned in their warehouse and approved in order to send out my exchanged parcels.

Used the "Click & Collect" to purchase a new LG55 model TV, efficient friendly staff, collected TV within a few minutes of visiting Portsmouth store, great customer service on what was clearly a very busy day for them. All good....................

I needed to buy both a new fridge/freezer and cooker. I had been to a number of well known stores, but my nearest (you do need to look at products like this before purchasing which you cannot do online) appeared to be more interested in the sale and techie stuff than my questions. So I travelled to another 2, same problems. I managed to get a good look at the fridge/freezer I was interested in, but the assistants are, to be blunt useless. As for the cooker not one store had one in to look at only online, but still could not answer questions. Eventually I ordered my fridge/freezer on line (nearly £900) which was delivered efficiently by 2 lovely guys who were extremely helpful. As for the cooker well Currys lost out on over £2000 as this was eventually bought through Stellasons.

I needed to contact customer services and spent 3 days waiting for up to half an hour on the phone each time and still nobody answered . This has got to be the worst EVER after sales and has certainly made me vow that no matter how good a deal there may be i will NEVER BUY FROM Curry's again . Buyer beware !!

Indesit tumble dryer My daughter has recently moved out from home and one of the main appliances she wanted was a tumble dryer. So with a £200. Budget. While my daughter was at work my wife and myself went instead being customers of curry's at ashford for many years we thought would try the folkstone branch as it would be closer to take the tumble dryer back to hythe were she now lives. So we go into currys folkstone for which there was a young girl colleague in training she was very Good and very helpful but we did have some things she couldn't help with my wife had Got a voucher code of daily mail online. The Young girls supervisor I guess came over. She came over being very patronising and rude she told us this was for big kitchen appliances only. (Tumble dryer aren't big then) But then she said look DARLING it's only £199 you won't get it any cheaper.  So people if you find voucher codes on discount sites be prepared to be made to look and feel small. I recommend a customer service course is needed for some of the staff

I bought a white TV a JVC 32inch from the Wrexham store about 15 months ago. TV has had very little use and all of a sudden has stopped working. Asked in the store if they would help and the store person said that it was over 12 months old so no warranty. Took it to 2 independent TV repair specialists and they said that it was un-repairable. They also said that the TV was a cheep TV that was made in Turkey and that it was badged under the JVC label.
