“Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish the final product was absolutely what I imagined It would be..I count have been happier. While during the process I found myself excited to get emails about the process and being involved in the creation from the people I was working with on the ring. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful I couldn't recommend them enough!!!”

“I had a really exceptional experience designing a custom engagement ring with CustomMade. My project manager, Emily, was fantastic with communication throughout, ensuring that my thoughts came to life in a real life ring. The design team took my ideas and thoughts and really created something more beautiful than I thought possible. I'll be using them again for wedding bands and other pieces. Highly recommend.”

“Great experience, their support and expert knowledge made the whole process speedy and enjoyable. Very quick responses with effective communication and speed of process. I chose the rush service as i was in a hurry but in reality you can take your time and design something perfect, they make it possible to create your own ring for a fair price. Overall an outstanding experience.”

“ngl at the start i was very leery that this company was a scam because you never know with the internet but after putting in an inquiry and talking with ryn it was clear its legit! ryn was absolutely fantastic and the process was so easy. we were having a hard time finding a jeweler to make a ring with sapphire stones and not diamonds but custom made was able to do it sooo easy!! i’m so happy with the results and our experience!! next time i want a custom piece i’ll def be coming here again :)”

“Extremely good communication throughout. I was always kept in the loop about the progress of my design. Any ideas I had were well visualised to help me understand my options. Great to have a render before production to ensure i’m happy before going ahead. Packaging and delivery good. Just on the expensive side.”

“They did amazing and the ring turned out beautifully. She couldn't be happier with it and I couldn't have done it without everyone working at Custom Made. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. “Very good service. The team at Custom Made is very helpful, polite, and they respond quickly. They make the process easy to follow, giving you lots of options and listening to all your feedback. They don’t rest until you are happy. The pricing is pretty reasonable, and they work with your budget. I enjoyed being involved in the process, and my fiancé loves the one of a kind ring that the team helped me design.”
