“This is my second time having Custom Made procure a ring for me and its now clear that they are simply phenomenal on every facet. “This team consisted of 95% if not all the same people that worked with me to make my fiancée's engagement ring (which was perfect), and they upheld the same professionalism and quality as they did 2 years ago. This process was much easier because I could actually involve my fiancée instead of needing to surprise her; and she was even surprised with how smooth everything went since it was her first time seeing how it works. She did have a couple design changes because what she thought she wanted clashed with her engagement ring or seemed too big, but that just shows the quality of the 3D renderings provided by this team. They don't try to unrealistically enhance anything or convince you that you'll like something. They are truly invented is making the ring that is perfect for you and will show you exactly what you will be purchasing. They were also very upfront and answered any questions I had without hesitation. The team at Custommade is the most consistent, highest quality team I have worked with in any situation and I appreciate their patience with last minute changes and somewhat odd design choices. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for jewelery!”

It can be intimidating picking a place for such an important and expensive purchase whether it’s an engagement ring, wedding bands, or a personal piece. CustomMade was very communicative every step of the way and took all my ideas into mind when designing the ring, even making changes at my request. I’m beyond happy with the final product and it’s even more beautiful in person.”

“I was skeptical about doing this whole ring thing online I read the reviews and looked on Reddit and decided to take a chance. They made it super easy, for someone who has zero eye for what looks good or what’s trending this is the perfect solution. Turned out great and it came fast in the mail has all the documentation. There is nothing I would change about this process.”

“I have the ring of my dreams and it's breathtaking!!!! 🤩 I can't sing enough praises to this company and their team! When I was researching I came across other artists that I reached out to but when their 3D renderings came back, it was just not what my heart desired. With CustomMade, right from the beginning the process was flawless! Ryn, my project manager, was able to take my detailed explanations, convey them to the artists in a meaningful way to create the unique piece I now wear! From the initial drawing to the final result, it was seamless! My fiance was also so happy with his investment on my engagement ring! I have to say, the box that it comes in and the little details that they include in it is so adorable! They are truly thinking about their customers! “Honetly, I cannot rave enough about these guys. I had such a good experince from start to finish. I came in knowing some basics I wanted the ring to have, but the team did an amazing job bringing it to life. My partner wanted a very specific design with a very specific stone and other companies or jewelers were not able to deliver, these guys did! And under budget might I add! My assistant Sarah was super helpful, professional, and such a "girl's girl" - it was great working with her. And the entire package... AMAZING! So sweet to get a lil surprise as the proposer too! I couldn't wait to use the "I asked" "I said yes" cards. Thank you for a stress-free experience!”

“Grace was super helpful, heping me realize a vague concept of a ring that would represnt my fiance's herritage. The ring turned out beautiful with diamonds, emeralds and rubys representing the colors of the flag of her birth country. The price was very competetive with any other jeweler I checked out, with so many more options for customization through CustomMade. Would definitely recommend”
