“From start to finish, the entire team treated my project as a chance to make a dream that I had become a reality. Every step, from the initial design, to the digital renditions, and the final castings had me feel as if my idea was their own creation through the amount of care and cooperation that I was shown. I cannot ever fully express just how amazing the entire journey was and how much I look forward to reaching back out for every future endeavor I can imagine. Thank you all for the professionalism, attention to detail, and understanding throughout this marvelous creation. “CustomMade team worked with me to create a signet ring of my family crest. They kept in contact every step of the way and showed me digital examples of what my ring would look like, and provided me with many options to customize and personalize my product. It came out great and I love the product produced. They are very professional and motivated to get you the result you’re looking for.”

“I came to Custom Made looking for a custom engagement ring for my fiancee Kelley. I was unsure about the whole process thinking that it was going to be complicated to navigate through all aspects from design to finished product. I quickly realized that I made the right choice with Custom Made when my mind was put to ease right away with the first person that I worked with. Everyone that I worked with made the process easy for me and went above and beyond any expectations that I had in the beginning. My design came to life and was delivered to me safely and exactly as shown through the 3D models and the pictures of the stone. I was impressed with the craftsmanship and detail maintained in the finished piece. This was overall a very pleasant experience and I will recommend Custom Made to anyone in need of a custom design. “I couldn't be happier about my experience with Custom Made! From the very first conversation, the team was more than happy to work with me to find exactly the right design at a price that fit within my budget. Communication was always immensely clear and timely and each request I made along the way was integrated into the piece beautifully. I received my ring almost a week ahead of schedule, which allowed me to propose while my (now) fiancé and I were on vacation before the holidays, which I hadn't anticipated I would be able to do. The moment was incredibly special and my partner loves her ring!”

“This was the best experience I have ever had with getting a piece of jewelry! Being a project manager myself, I understand how complicated it can be to organize a project like this and keeping the client in the loop during the entire process. The communication was spot on (just the right amount of communication). Any questions I had were almost immediately answered. I was fully aware of what was going on with the project at all points. Since this was a surprise gift, I was also very pleased with the discretion in the packaging and the team's ability to work with me on sizing and styling while not having all the answers myself. Overall we were very happy with the end product and I will never go to a big box store ever again for jewelry!”

“From start to finish my experience was absolutely amazing. I was skeptical at first of a company I had never heard of that just seemed to be online, but after reading other reviews I went for it, and I am glad I did. Everyone that assisted me (the sketch artists, 3D designers, Gem experts, project lead) were very kind and extremely helpful. They were able to turn my idea into an engagement ring on my fiance's finger in 1 month during the holiday season and the ring is stunning. I highly recommend CustomMade!”

I approached them with a design for an FFXIV-based signet ring with Bahamut's wings on the face - they were wonderful all through the design phase and production of the piece.
