“The whole experience from start to finish with Custom Made was great. The people are very helpful and are quick to reply to messages. They are thorough with those who don't know much about the process. I made many adjustments to the ring I was designing. Every time I made those changes, they would reply with their own suggestions and ideas about how to improve the look I was going for. From those who have no idea what they want in a piece of jewelry to those who have a plan from start to finish, these guys are your custom jewelry people.”

“The team at CustomMade is simply unrivaled. They’re so friendly explaining the process and progress through each step. Enthusiastic is probably the best word that describes their energy in every message exchange. And the ring… well, let me tell you about my ring. My fiancé and I had her engagement ring designed and made by CustomMade. She wanted something unique, but not the “unique” you get at the “small, boutique” engagement ring stores (like the one in Georgetown). She worked with the artist and designer to create something that nobody else will ever have, something even that few other designs even look like. Her ring is beautiful. Two moon shaped moissanites split by a row of citrines, her favorite color. CustomMade offered to personalize in some meaningful way. When she surprised me with the little trees on her ring that represented our walks in the woods and vacation in the California redwoods, I immediately wanted my own ring to complement it. So that’s what they helped me design. I said, “a design to compliment hers, with trees and small stones for a starry sky.” I love looking at it now, knowing that there’s only one, that it’s different than every other men’s ring… and it reminds me of our walks and how we got here.”

“We ordered a bridal set (engagement ring + wedding band) based off of a video game that we played together (Final Fantasy X). We love our bridal set and couldn't be happier with the finished product! After we supplied Custommade some images from the video game, they took ownership of the entire design process, from concept art sketches to 3D modeling and finally to ring manufacturing. Along the way, the Custommade team was incredibly responsive in adjusting the ring design according to our feedback, and they even allowed us to send the manufactured ring back for adjustments (we mistakenly ordered 1 size too big) at no additional cost. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Custommade, and we even decided to work with them again to make the groom's wedding band.”

“CustomMade is the best website I can think of for making a timeless masterpiece for any special occasion. I found CustomMade to be very respectful and caring when it came to customer service and everyone in the team was very quick to respond if I had a question or if my wedding rings were ready for the next step in the production of making them. I chose CustomMade because I wanted to make my own set of wedding rings that were unique to my Fiancé and I. I was not disappointed in the craftsmanship or the price they quoted me for my 2 rings. I highly recommend CustomMade to anyone looking to make their own rings for any occasion.”
