“When most people shop for something as special as a ring for their loved ones. There are a few things they take into consideration. “How can I make something that evokes the right feeling while still being cost effective”. Or “how much effort will be conveyed in this piece of material to show my love for you.” CustomMade really hit every mark that I was looking for. They had more than enough resources to help me get a ring I can feel proud to present. With their welcoming and professional staff. There is no limit to the beauty one can create with their aid.”

“So we've had the ring for almost five months now and it's still an absolutely terrific piece that we get asked about whenever it's noticed. The CustomMade team did an absolutely amazing job during each phase of design, and communication was stellar throughout. The team helped provide examples of design ideas that you'd like to include and listened to feedback if we wanted something tweaked a certain way. The services they provide aren't cheap, but are a great value for the product you receive.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with CustomMade. I was skeptical of using and an online service but found the staff I dealt with at all stages of the process informative and helpful all the way along. Most importantly, I never felt coerced or that the staff I dealt with were looking to up-sell or steer me over my budget. Likewise, whenever I asked for some time to pause and think, I was encouraged to do so and could pick it up again in my own time without pushiness or overt sales tactics. The finished product is outstanding and exactly as I envisioned. All in all it was simple, free of hassle and something I would recommend.”

“Custom Made.com was easy to use and trust is always a factor when looking into a company online. I was concerned on how the experience would be, however custom Made .com immediately made sure there was no reason to worry. They contacted me right away to acknowledge receipt of my request and I gave them information that I wanted on my ring. They then came up with a 3D design to help me visually see what I asked for and what they interpreted was on my he same lines. Everyone was kind curious and professional. After approving my design I paid 50% up front and they went to work. Soon after my mold was ready which they notified me and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Once my ring was poured and came out, they put finishing touches on my ring and sent me a photo of my ring.I was excited to create a one of a kind US Navy ring with Custom Made.com”

“From the first hello to the time your piece arrives at your door Customs Made is with you the whole way. This kind of communication and service just can't be found anywhere else. My fiance got my ring made here and I couldn't have been happier with the way it looked. So, it only made sense I got his ring made here too! Blown away by the results! Our Custom Made one of a kind rings are superior quality and and bring a smile to my face whenever I pause to look at them.”

“From the very first message CustomMade were supportive and thoughtful in all of their messages. I was so cautious as I live in the UK and they’re a USA based company, I wasn’t sure what to expect and the prospect of creating a ring Was very daunting. Everything was taken at my pace and I was shown 3D models of my design and I was able to give feedback and get things changed as many times as I wanted. They offered expert advise and created the most beautiful rings. I’m in love with the results and I can’t wait for my girlfriend (soon to be fiancée!!) to see them ❤️❤️ P.s they even found a way to save me money at the end, really expert customer service!!”
