“What a GREAT experience! From design to the product arriving—can’t say that anything can be improved or changed. I will add that as an active duty military member who lives overseas, the shipping process was a little stressful (possibility of it getting lost and insurance), but I was reassured insurance and packaging would be assured. And it was! My husband loves his ring!”

“CustomMade really turned my dream ring into a reality. Not only was the process extremely smooth and easy, but each step was something more exciting. From putting your idea into a drawing to seeing the cast. I now have the final product and it is simply gorgeous and breathtaking. Words can’t describe just how amazing this piece is. “My experience was amazing from beginning to end. I sent them my idea of what I wanted and they took it and created a beautiful charm, better than I could have ever imagined. “At first, I wasn’t really sure about using this website as it all seemed way too easy/too good to be true. That being said, I would 100% recommend using CustomMade for any jewelry projects, and especially for engagement rings. The whole team is a huge help and thoroughly explains every single process in detail, and they really do make your ideas come to life. It is much easier than going into a jewelry store, and you are able to put personal touches on your piece that you wouldn’t be able to do elsewhere. I loved the transparency throughout the entire process, and the team responds quickly. My only issue was that from the professional pictures taken before I received the actual ring and for the price, I thought the engagement ring that I had purchased would have a bigger stone. However, it is beautiful and exactly what I wanted, and I love the box it arrived in as well. I can’t wait to propose to my girlfriend in a few months!!!”

“From the very start I have been overwhelmed at the extent of the personal care and service I have received on my project! EVERY STEP of the way was meticulously explained and documented by each of the designers!! I was walked through the process and sent pictures and made so many changes and they were always very understanding and helpful with ideas and suggestions!! “IT’S IN THE NAME!!! CUSTOMMADE! We first started working with them for our engagement rings back in 2017. Through the craze of social media, I happen to stumble upon them on Instagram and haven’t looked away since. I were excited that everything was online but it still felt like I was in-person working one-on-one. That’s the beauty about CustomMade, they take their time, introduce you to their team, while bringing your vision your life and putting your mind at ease. There is always someone there to answer questions and make quick changes if necessary. From the packaging to the ring boxes, we were impressed so much that we also got our wedding rings made for our wedding this year October 2021. With these rings, we were able to send our engagement rings back for an amazing discount on our upgrade. We increase size from 5mm to 8mm which were truly the perfect size. From there I even added 2mm bands to bring the final ring size to 10mm. After postponing our 2020 wedding, I can honestly say I’m and super excited to finally to wear our rings and show off our beautiful work of art. “YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WHEN IT’S CUSTOMMADE” - ALEX & DONOVAN SMALLS”

“From the moment I contacted Custom Made I felt like I mattered. They knew what I wanted by asking me specific questions and before you know it they shared an actual drawing of my dream ring. I wasn’t rushed., I never felt pressured and I was informed of every step during the entire process. I am absolutely thrilled with my anniversary band. I especially enjoyed the choices, every aspect along the way was explained. I only wish I had known about Custom Made years ago. I spent way too much of my time running around looking for someone to understand what I wanted including my price point. I am over the moon with our design.”
