“CustomMade is the absolute best! If you are looking for the perfect ring, this is the place!! Everything is made easy as far as communication, design, gem selection, final rendering and, of course, bringing that ring to life. I even made a few tweaks to what I wanted the ring to look like and they adjusted the design without hesitation. All the experts you work with are friendly and knowledgeable. The ring came out exactly how I wanted it and I couldn't be happier!”

“Custom Made had customized 2 pieces for me so far and will be crafting many more for my family . The process is so easy! There are not enough words to express the level of excellence that the staff exudes! Each step of the process is handled personally by a representative and there is no question or request not fully attended to in a very prompt and timely manner. They use exceptional materials in their crafting and even send you pictures as your personalized piece during each step. If you are seeking a unique gift or something stunning for yourself; you must contact Custom Made to craft it!’”

“I have no complaints whatsoever with the service provided and I must emphasize that the attention was exceptional in each stage of the design, they respond in less than 24 hours and are willing to make the necessary changes so that the ring is perfect, highlighting its emblematic phrase that is "it's not perfect until you say it's perfect " They were even aware of the entire international shipping process despite problems with customs in my country. Excellent service!!!”

“They work with you every step of the way making sure that the item is exactly the way you want it. There was constant communication throughout the process with updates and likely delivery date. “I have to admit, I was a bit worried when I attempted to go through this company, which I’m betting a few of y’all were to. The internet is full of scams and people trying to pull one over on naive people all the time, so who would trust a random site claiming for good deals and something made just for you? Welp, I have given it a chance, and couldn’t be happier. After giving a very vague design idea and free consultation about my goth inspired ring, CustomMade and their designers and staff were able to get me a design that I fell in love with. (After a few bits of trial and error). They walked me through each process, split the payments so you don’t worry about being dropped as soon as you make a payment, and followed up with me regarding every update. Projects like this do take time though, mine took a few months after all. But if you’re willing to wait and work to get something special made, CustomMade is the way to go.”

“We had a very good experience with Custom Made. We had no idea what it would be like to buy a piece of jewelry on line, but it was not a difficult thing to do. We had a team of designers who listened to us and tried hard to get our project exactly right. Our son was very happy with the ring. We look forward to working with Custom Made in the future”
