“I started with an idea for the perfect engagement ring. With the help of the experts at CustomMade, they took my idea, added some of their own opinions and cool details that I didn't think about or know could be done, and made a perfect ring that exceeded my expectations. The customer service was excellent. They worked with me the entire time, kept me updated, and were there if I had questions. When I got the ring and looked at it for the first time, it was even more beautiful than the pictures they gave me. My fiancé and I are getting married this summer. I couldn't be more excited. “I approached CustomMade to get an engagement ring and I have absolutely no regrets!! “Excellent customer service and attention to detail. My piece more than satisfied my expectations. Having never done this before, I didn't know what to expect. CustomMade took the time to explain (in detail) every step of the process, which made me very confident in the finished product. CustomMade did an excellent job on taking an intimidating task, and breaking it down into small, manageable pieces. Would very much recommend this company to anyone searching for a ring, but can't find what they are envisioning.”

“I used Custom Made for both my fiancée’s engagement ring and later on a matching wedding ring. I couldn’t be happier with the final result of them both! The engagement ring came out absolutely beautiful, and when the wedding ring is paired with it the combination of the two are stunning! Customer service was excellent, even with all of my picky-ness. “I had a very specific design in mind for a ring. I took some time to hand draw what I wanted (I am no artist btw). With the combination of my drawing and a few comments on the intent of the final look the project got underway. Every question and request for revision was attended to immediately with no issues and I ultimately got exactly what I was hoping for. For anyone looking to take their idea for a keepsake into reality there is simply no better option. Amazing service, phenomenal results!”

“This is an experience that I would recommend to ANYONE! This was so much fun and it was super easy. Getting to go through the process of seeing something as important as an engagement ring go from a drawing on paper to a 3D image to a piece of perfection in your hand is such an awesome experience! “We were a part of the creation and design of our wedding ring throughout the entire process. Our team of experts did an excellent job of explaining what was happening and what to expect. Final costs came in lower than the estimated cost (which almost never happens), and the finished product was shipped to us and arrived in a remote part of Alaska in only three days!! “This was my first experience with any custom made jewelry. I gave them pictures of what I liked and they created the design. Quick communication and anything I didn’t like they quickly changed. They made sure I was happy with the design before any payment was made, other than the $100.00 deposit. I am very happy with my piece. From start to finish it was less than 3 months. Super easy, quick, and amazing customer service and a beautiful custom piece!! Thanks so much!”

“I was skeptical about doing an online order for a ring. I investigated before I ordered and found many happy customers and great reviews so I jumped in and started the process. I was greeted promptly by the custom made team which consisted of Jon, Will, Mark and Janine. From the get go they were all excellent at communication and keeping me informed about the project step by step. My idea of a ring for my girlfriend was a ruby some diamonds and hummingbirds. Let me tell you, everything was PERFECT!!!!! I received updates almost daily. They sent me drawings, 3d renderings of the ring and then pictures of the finished product. When I received the ring, OMG!!!!!! Beautiful, perfect!!!!!!!!! And it came within 3 days!!!!! My girlfriend, fiancé now, loved it and was very surprised!!!! I recommend custom made to anyone that wants beautiful custom made jewelry. Thank you Custom Made and all the staff for the great work and trusting business. Keep up the great work!!!!!”

“I was pleasantly surprised with this whole experience. Custom companies can be iffy on lots of things like quality and service. A little back story to set the scene, I graduated college in May ‘21. A brand new bachelors degree and the college had no a idea how to handle the situation they created. They had Jostens class rings and that’s all I have to say about that disappointing company, their quality is cheap. I wanted a class ring because it’s was a gigantic accomplishment in my life and I want something to remind my triumph, and it wasn’t going to be a three hundred dollar high school ring. Plus my SO graduated from Clemson and I was maybe a little jealous if his ring. I had to get a custom class ring because no company had access or refuse to do a school they were associated with, and that’s how I found CustomMade. I am not a creative person. I don’t do the best job at putting my creative ideas into words. So I knew this journey would probably take some time. I had no reference pictures, other than logos of my college and my story. Their customer service is AMAZING and I say that because I know I am a difficult person. I am not a Karen but I’m not going to paid anything for something I’m not in absolute love with. So I gave them my ideas and they made them into digital rings. Which what was the word for wonderful because I want to see you what it’s gonna look like before I buy it. I had tons of ideas, it was about 20 different rings we went through in a 8 month long process. Obviously I took a very long time because I am extremely picky person. I was honestly worried they were going to throw in the towel with every little change I wanted to make or even just a concept I wanted to see. They never did and each idea I had or they suggested took about 3 days to design. It was wonderful to go through all of my ideas because if I hadn’t I would be thinking “oh I wonder what it would look like if I did this instead?” And now that I know all the possibilities I can enjoy my class ring to the fullest. I LOVE my ring, I wanted something dainty but not super small and I wanted a dome shape but not masculine. CustomMade has the best quality in metals. My is 10k yellow gold and it’s wonderful. I also have smallish fingers and I wasn’t positive on my size for the ring and they sent me the best ring sizing kit I’ve ever seen. It was plastic set of rings that you could Try on, which was fabulous. I fidget a lot with things that I wear so I wanted something small enough that I couldn’t fidget it off but I could eventually takeoff. And then they offer .25 sizes so my size is 6.25. It fits so well, I love wearing it. It also came in a superb ring box. I have received so many compliments on my ring and now my SO and I do a little “ring tap” whenever we doing something smart. I will be coming back for all of my jewelry needs because I’m never satisfied with things from the store, thousands of people have those. Plus I can tell these wonderful people an idea of what I want and they can make it.”
