“Very thorough in breaking down an idea and creatively charged when offering optijdhdons. Even though there was a small snafu on the ring sizing, they took it back and fixed it making it perfect. Our relatives were surprised as to how a piece of jewelry was able to reflect our characters so we'll. All in all it was an experience my fiancee and I treasure and we are very glad CM will forever be part of our lives after this. Have already shared informal recommendations to my business partners, colleagues and network. Malaysians go crazy for personalization and it is my wish that CM gets to be the one that does it for them. We are still waiting for our resized rings so I have no pictures to share. Will submit another review along with our wedding photos and what not on CM's webpage later on.”

“Very good ideas and people. They are very trustworthy. At first I was skeptical because I had not heard of them. But they took all my questions and answered them wonderfully. I got a very nice engagement ring now and I’m very happy. The process of the whole thing is actually very fun to design your own ring and get to make all the choices and they are very helpful into making that ring come true. It had super fast shopping and a price that you cant beat!”

“This whole process was perfect. I found this website on a whim searching for engagement rings to propose with, but all of the "masculine" rings seemed a little bland and uninteresting. Just a band with sometimes different different materials worked into it. My partner always talked that he liked an in-between the two styles with rings. A larger ring with design on it and a stone centerpiece, but not as ornate as what most feminine styles use. I couldn't be happier with the designs I received for both their ring and my matching one. The customer service was very helpful, patient, and kind. I got to talk to all sorts of people who specialized in the different part of the process and they all were more than happy to answer any questions or allay any concerns I have. And in the end, it was all worth it! Because my partner said yes to my proposal :) He even said he couldn't have thought of a more perfect ring himself. Thank you guys so much for everything!”

“Very friendly, respectable, prompt and highly skilled team. I had them make a ring for my wife that only existed in a video game. They were incredibly helpful the whole way through. I would always get a response in a day or less. They would even answer my questions on weekends and holidays, I don't think they take days off. The first ring they made looked great in pictures but was a little lack luster in person. They took the ring back without question and we went back to the drawing board. I was able to change the center stone and they tweaked the design and now it's a stunning ring. It turned out very close to the ring in the game and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company, they will not leave you disappointed.”

“Custom Made is wonderful. The process is so thorough and well thought out, every representative is so kind and understanding! The team truly wants to make your biggest desires come through. Best of all, if there are any issues whatsoever, they jump on the opportunity to fix it. They also work with a wide range of budgets, allowing you to get the perfect ring in the perfect way. 10/10 would recommend.”

“At first I was worried this wasn't legit and I was going to toss my money away. This was not the case. My experience was fantastic! You work with a team to get a design, tweak your design, choose materials, shop for cheaper stones, see the models, then see finished projects before final payment. It showed up a day or two after final payment. I highly recommend custommade!”
