“What a great experience. They made me my dream engagement ring. They listened to all of my ideas and what I wanted and produced something even better than I could imagine. “I worked with CustomMade to design a ring for my fianceé - it was a dream to work with them and they in turn created a dream ring. They made this once in a lifetime moment feel special with their tailored care, encyclopedic knowledge of jewelry, and enthusaism in making sure they would create a showstopping ring. The final product you see below was the very first design they sent me. This is a magnificent company and i am so glad I chose them....so is my fianceé who has not stopped looking at her ring for the last week.”

“Honestly, what i wanted wasn't an easy thing to find, and to find someone you can trust, that is exponentially more difficult. I am grateful to have been led to CustomMade.com. My project turned out better than i imagined. The process was effortless and much faster than anticipated (i got my custom ring 2.5 weeks early). The design, put to 3d and shown for approval before the manufacturing process kicks in. Photos every step of the way. They even offer to make adjustments after you get your order if not fully satisfied - I wouldn't know how that part works as i am over the moon with how mine turned out. Bottom line, for a guy who has never done something like this and was nervous, my experience with CustomMade.com turned my nervousness into confidence and excitement. I Fully recommend them to EVERYONE.”

“I was extremely hesitant when beginning this process online but all rings in stores just didn't excite me. Being in rural Canada, my options are limited and finances are tight - but CustomMade was so accomodating to me, my budget, and the horrible conversion rate from USD to CAD. CM made it so easy. I was actually shocked at how promptly I was responded to, and how personalized each interaction was. While they were obviously organized and in control, I certainly felt like I was in charge (as it should feel when doing this process!). They ACTUALLY weren't satisfifed until I was estatic about the ring design, gem stone, etc.”

“When I wanted a custom made ring I had an idea of what I wanted and picture with the basic idea. When I contacted the team at CustomMade.com they were genuinely excited to help bring my vison to life. They made helpful suggestions and gave me useful options and were completely transparent about the process, cost and schedule. The whole process could not have been easier if I was working with a local jeweler. In the end, I got a beautiful ring of the highest quality that was exactly as I had pictured it.”

“The experience I had with Custom Made was excellent. I had an idea for a religious necklace I was interested in making for myself and several of my family members. The team at Custom Made took my initial ideas and developed a prototype that fit my initial vision. Then, through several revisions, we got exactly what I sought. The team at Custom Made was responsive and detailed in how they took my feedback, represented it back to me, and then submitted it to the design team. I would definitely use the Custom Made team again.”

“We designed our ring through custom made and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. The fully online process was convenient and super detailed. From reference photos, to drawing up designs and 3D models there was excellent communication, price transparency and an amazing team. We found a design way outside of our budget and they were able to create a fully custom ring better than the inspiration.”

“Wonderful Job by your team. My ancestors were gold/silversmiths around the 1650s, in Amsterdam, and were always very interested in their family history. Our family crest is a very complex one that has many details. The team's attention to these details and their ability to reproduce the crest, in as much detail as they did, is amazing. They had to be imaginative. Good job. We like their approach to the design of the ring with an initial on the sides. The brushed finish completes the background of the ring. We initially thought that we would need an oxide for the background, but we found that the brushed background worked very well for us. It looks perfect. Even though we liked the oxide background, we chose the brushed finish. The design team worked with us over several sessions and were able to incorporate our suggestions into the final design. They were not happy until we were happy, even to the point of having the ring returned for further design modifications. We now have a perfect ring. Our family is impressed with the ring and service, and we are happy to recommend this company to others. Hans W.”

“I went with custom made for an engagement ring. I really wanted something unique and special. I couldn't find anything near what I wanted on normal jewelry sites. I found custom made on Google and checked it out. The custom made crew immediately worked with me on the idea. They were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the creation process. They gave me a 3d model of the ring I desired. They tweaked the design on my request. I gave approval every step of the way. They responded to messaging quickly and made the process easy. The ring arrived in a beautiful box with beat little engagement cards and advice. I can't recommend this company enough. Custom made made the exact ring I wanted.”
