“Working with CustomMade was an incredible experience from start to finish. I came into the process not fully sure what I wanted the engagement ring to look like, and their team was unbelievably patient and understanding the entire way through. They never rushed me, never made me feel like I was asking too many questions, and they guided me step-by-step as my ideas slowly turned into something real. They took the time to help me explore different styles, shapes, and design options until everything finally clicked. The way they helped bring my imagination to life was honestly impressive. The final ring came out absolutely perfect — better than I could’ve ever pictured on my own — and my fiancée loves it. The craftsmanship is top-tier, the communication was consistent and reassuring, and the whole experience felt personal in a way you don’t get from a big-box jeweler. “We have used custom made for both my wife’s wedding ring and mine. We loved the way they turned out. The team worked with our deadlines and gave us all the updates we needed. We loved the pictures we were sent before they shipped. Rings were packaged perfectly. Communication with Nic and the rest of the team was amazing! Whenever we need rings we will be coming back.”

“Everything went better than I could've hoped for. Nice, good and effiecient service. Every deadline they gave me, which I was content with, they beat it. I ended up having my ring 7 days before their deadline and 10 days before the one I myself had made. I know not everyone can have just as good an experience as I did, but they are amazing. I'll use them for our wedding band as well.”

“Customer experience was flawless, the designs were gorgeous, and I appreciated not being pressured into anything. The only thing that I can think of improving on is when given a concept design for reference, often the reference was copied on the exact, and I completely understand that, I just wish a little more initiative was taken by the artist, nevertheless the piece turned out incredibly unique and flawless!”

“I really enjoyed working with CustomMade. They designed the perfect ring for my now-fiance! It is even more beautiful than I planned and it fits perfectly. Sarah was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process and always kept me in the loop. They even include a little care package when sending the ring! “At first, I didn’t really know what to expect. I never worked with this company before, but as time went on, I really started to appreciate how much intentionality they put into making sure my peace was exactly how I envisioned it. They’re consistent on updates on how things are going, they communicated when something was going to take longer, which was really nice for me. They get my peace to me before The expected date which really gave me some comfort. All in all good communication and great work”

“Working with Custom Made was such a wonderful experience. The time frame from first contact to holding the ring in my hand was less than two months. Tinsley was phenomenal with communication, we always knew what was happening at each stage of the process and we never had to wait long for a response. She always replied in less than 24 hours. We only went back and forth 4 or 5 times from the first drawn rendering to our final approval at the CAD phase. Every question was answered, every request was acknowledged, understood, and brought to life. The team took bits and pieces from several different inspiration photos along with a concept that I had in my head, and created the perfect ring. We love it! At some point we will be back to create a wedding band to fit the engagement ring perfectly! Thank you all so much for a terrific experience!”

“Custom made is an amazing company to work for. The custom design process all the way to final production and receipt is top notch. “"This is me, this ring is so me and no one else will have anything like it". Words from my now fiancée, who loved the final designs. What she doesn't know is the seamless support and design that went into the product, the support and expertise from CustomMade, and the flexibility of payment and delivery. I was a little hesitant, but the result completely blew away expectations. I also really appreciate the little gifts and momentos that came with the ring. I knew I needed a custom ring to reflect the individuality of my fiancée, and I'm extremely grateful that I went with Custom Made to achieve it.”
