“The experience of creating and receiving a ring from CustomMade was amazing! They were very easy to work with and very understanding of every change and pause that needed to happen. After giving my initial pictures, they created the perfect mockup ring in days. The whole process only took a few months and it was extremely easy to work with them on exactly what I wanted. I will forever be grateful for the uniquely beautiful ring they have created for me!”

“CustomMade has made the custom jewelry process seamless and thorough. I do not buy much jewelry other than the smartwatch I wear. They were able to answer my questions and a timely manner. They have really helped me decide on the many options and explain the process and type of jewelry options. In fact, I feel very confident that I will use them more in the future for my custom jewelry needs.”

“Communication was great throughout the process. They made every effort to get the ring to me when I wanted to propose and then when there was a problem with it they fixed it and even were flexible in waiting for me to send it back in so my fiance could where it longer before returning it to get it fixed.”

“Really appreciated the work that this team put into my wife’s ring. I was helped taken through the design process and really was able to customize to get my exact vision. My wife loves the ring and everyone else is so surprised when I tell them I helped customize and design the ring. Even the engagement box and additional pieces are really amazing. Would come back again for more pieces.”

“It was a great experience all around. I was nervous getting a custom made engagement ring since all I had were a few pictures and used an uncommon stone for the main stone. But their design team killed it and made exactly what I was looking for! I would 100% recommend people looking to purchase any ring for their significant other to use CustomMade’s services.”

“I loved my experience with CustomeMade! My consultant Samantha was very communicative, responsive, and thorough throughout the whole process. She provided input on things I wasn't sure of and helped me along the way. My boyfriend now fiance popped the question a week ago and the ring is EXACTLY how I wanted it. It's the most beautiful piece of jewlery I have that means so much to me. I knew I wanted something unique and CustomMade MADE it happen. I 100% recommend doing business with this company.”

“From start to finish, the team at CustomMade provided an absolutely phenomenal experience. I had a very specific vision and detailed artwork for a custom signet ring to honor and represent my family, and they not only understood it but brought it to life more beautifully than I could have imagined. The design team was a pleasure to work with. They patiently answered all my questions and provided timely updates throughout the entire process from initial sketch to final casting. They even added a 3D rendering and a video before final production. Gotta Love it!”

“As like everybody i was struggling to trust online companies especially when it comes to something important like i did engagement ring. CustomMade comapany was contacting with me all the time and keeping me posted with everything amd they never asked me to pay everything and in advance they have very nice process to do everything. They are very punctual. Happy to work with them again if i need anything about jewelry.”
