“Great service! The team responds quickly and they bring you through every step of the process so that you can get exactly what you're looking for. The designers are talented and creative. I gave them a few ideas and they brought it all together beautifully for me. I am very pleased with the final result. Reasonable prices, great customer service, and fast turnaround times. “I had an incredible experience with the engagement ring I got! They were super clear and communicative when creating the design, and the ring was delivered almost a full month ahead of schedule!! The ring is so gorgeous my fiancée immediately asked if I had already left a five star review or if she should go do it herself lol”

“Custom Made exceeded my expectations in every way. They truly provide excellent service and good value for the work they do. They took my style inspirations and specific requests and crafted a beautiful and one of a kind engagement ring for me. The process was very straightforward and I felt like they were invested in every step as much as I was, they wanted it to be perfect. It turned out exactly as I had envisioned it and my future spouse absolutely adores it, she cant stop showing it off everywhere we go! The box it was delivered in was pretty amazing as well, came with a nice "pop the question" care package which was pretty on point. All in all, ai am extremely glad I chose Custom Made and could not be happier with the result. It was a stress free process and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a unique and meaningful ring for any occasion.”

“I have worked with them for two different rings now. The first time was for a family ring with a special symbol. I had never had a ring custom-built from scratch before and was a bit nervous at how accurate the ring would be based off only a jpg. Each consultant that worked with me was very helpful in guiding me through the process through each step, including selecting the material, and helping to ensure the design was to my liking beforehand. I was very impressed with how that ring turned out, specifically the detail on the family symbol. It gave me the confidence to have them work on the second ring, which was a personal symbol to me and was much more complex. Each consultant worked with me just as before, helping me ensure the ring fit to my vision and was as accurate to the jpg as possible. I had made some last minute adjustments during the design phase and they incorporated each and every change with no hesitation at all. The ring turned out exactly how I envisioned it would, and it was almost exact to the design that they showed me in the preview stage as well. Thank you very much for the consistency in the quality.”

“Beautiful ring, with a project that took place over multiple months because of my busy schedule. All the files were always maintained, there were consistent updates, and the only thing I wish I could've specified was a more discreet box. The only other note I would make is we ended just above initial price range (which I had set very low), but the team walked me through that price change very well.”

They provided drawings and designs, and the final product was incredible, I couldn’t be happier. “Each person that worked on my project was super friendly, attentive, and never once made me feel like i couldn't ask a question-- no matter how silly. They each explained the process to me and made sure I was completely happy before each step progressed. They remained happy to assist and nice throughout the entire process, even with the many changes I wanted to make and questions I had!”
