“Love this company, for their diligent work, and their responsive care throughout the process of custome designing, my class ring. I was utterly speechless regarding how attentive and ready to help me anytime I had questions or revisions. I would highly recommend Custome Made to anyone wanting any type of ring. I already have plans to get another ring. I took my ring to a Jostens rep to see their rings while wear my Custome made ring, and my 10 karat gold ring, with the personalized design, gold finish, amethysts crown, with the four cornered lab diamonds...my joint blew tge Josten rings off the table...the rep inquired about my ring, with amazement...I took it off and let her hold it...she remarked at the weight, thelook, design, and quality craftsmanship...she was an elder, she she gave me the quiet, "if you don't mind, how much did you pay for it question"...I told her, I paid a fair price for a personal treasure...she smiled, as she noticed the 10K stamp on tge inside...needless to say, she marveled at my ring...that was all I needed to know that my Custome Made ring had met the competition and their common familar confidence was crushed by my unique creative Custome Made dominance!”

“I was nervous about purchasing something "sight unseen," but those fears were quickly allayed by the constant, personal conversations I was able to have with the team creating my ring. Given we live in the age of bots, I was skeptical at first that I was actually chatting with a human, but again, that concern was short-lived. I was clearly communicating with a person who was taking a strong interest in my design. I was expecting "upselling" tactics, such as pressure to add additional inscriptions or embellishments, but this never happened. I received updates almost daily. When the design photos were sent, I wanted to make a small change that may have seemed trivial, but was important to me. The design team did not hesitate to make the change. When I needed shipment delayed slightly to ensure I'd be home to receive it, they paused the shipping to accommodate me. When the ring arrived, it was hand delivered and packaged beautifully. Everything about the process made me feel special, and was fitting for the importance of the occasion I was commemorating with the ring design. I strongly recommend CustomMade to anyone who wants to create a personalized class or signet ring.”

“I'm not sure if I can think of words to express how grateful I am to Custom Made for what they produced for me. The rings were amazing. I worked with Emily on both of my projects. She helped to design an amazing Engagement Ring and Wedding Band for me. Her team was able to fulfill what was probably an unusual request, putting braille on the rings. My Fiancee is legally blind and I wanted to add a very personal touch. They were able to deliver! When we showed the rings off, people were impressed by this unique aspect often saying they have never seen such.”

“This was my second ring purchased from Custom Made, and once again, I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. I chose Custom Made because I couldn’t find a ring design I liked anywhere else, and they allowed me to create a truly custom piece. I was able to incorporate elements that told the story of my journey to obtain my degree, making the ring uniquely meaningful. The process was straightforward and stress-free. Communication was always timely, and every email was answered promptly. I was consistently updated on the status of my ring throughout the design and development stages. Making changes during the design process was easy, and I never felt pressured or upsold. When there was a delay in production due to the initial gemstone not meeting their quality standards, I was immediately notified that a new stone was being sourced. The final gemstone is superb, and I’m grateful that Custom Made prioritized quality over speed. I highly recommend Custom Made to anyone looking for a personalized, high-quality piece of jewelry.
