“This entire adventure started when I lost a cherished ring…on my birthday, no less. I searched on-line and found Custom Made, who had stellar reviews. They weren’t lying. Custom Made was very patient with my pedantic requests. If I have any criticisms it would be that of the five or so reps that handled my process (different ones for different stages of design & production) not all were as diligent and prompt with correspondence. And yet, upon completion, what they produced for me was an immaculate piece of jewelry that is uniquely me. Truly…Custom Made. Two days after receiving it I had an audience member approach me after a show, not to complement me on my performance...but to tell me how much she liked my ring! I will cherish it for decades. Unless, of course, I lose it. And, if that should happen (hopefully not on my birthday) I will reach out to them immediately for a new one. Next time...in Platinum!”

“I went to local jewelry stores to have them create my fiancé’s ring. And then I CustomMade and went with them instead. Their process is absolutely seamless, and everyone communicated and updated me as we went from ideas to CAD images, to the final creation of the ring. Updates were provided, and my fiancé’s ring actually was created weeks in advance of the original timeline. (She said yes!!!) If I could go back and do ti all over again, I would definitely go with CustomMade. Excellent customer service you guys! Thank you for your help!!”

“Everybody was helpful from the beginning up to the end. The process was seamless and every ideas you will give them will come to life. The ring that I ordered for my fiancé turned out to be amazing, even though I doubted the look of it first when it was shown via picture. But when it arrived, oh when it arrived, it was everything I wished for and more! And trust me when I say, everything looks soooo much better in pictures!”

“I was apprehensive about purchasing jewelry online. My experience with Custom Made eliminated any fears I had. I have been totally pleased with the entire experience from the beginning to the end. During the process, there was consistent communication on the status and next steps to be taken. Dates promised were dates met. After receiving my initial ring, there was a small change I requested. Custom Made recasted my ring, and made the change with no questions asked. I will be using them again in the future.”

Communication throughout the project is great as well as friendly team members. They were able to great a ring for me that other places were not able to even come close to doing. “Everyone (Ally, Nikhil, Joana, and Lulu) at CustomMade was extremely helpful in helping me design the perfect engagement ring for Jan. Jan and I did some surface-level ring shopping together to get a sense of what was out there in the world, and then I went about finding a ring that I wanted to propose with. I was lucky to have a rough image in mind of what I wanted. The unlucky part was that a lot of the jewelry stores I went to just didn’t have anything close—and when they started quoting me for custom work, it was immediately out of my price range. That’s where CustomMade really made everything easy. They helped me talk through what I was imagining, translated that into designs so I could actually see what it might look like in real life, and then helped make thoughtful adjustments to get it just right. They kept me in the loop every step of the way: from design follow-ups, to diamond bidding, to updates on available options, to the actual production of the ring. It’s been a while since I proposed, but I wanted to make a point to come back and write this review because I was definitely a little nervous about doing this whole process online. But I was truly helped at every stage—and I’m so happy with how it all turned out. Would definitely recommend going through CustomMade for your jewelry needs.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with CustomMade! They paired me up with Emily who was fantastic! She helped me along every step of the way in designing my custom ring. She was exceptional and nailed the design I was looking for. My fiancé could not be happier with the design of the ring and quality of the cut. I would highly recommend this company for their top level service and phenomenal quality! A huge thank you to Emily for all your help and expertise and CustomMade for a gorgeous ring! Oh and the way it came in the proposal survival box with the ring spacer(fitter), tissues, mints etc… an amazing extra touch showing their commitment to going above and beyond for their customers!”

“It was an awesome experience working with CustomMade to make our engagement ring. The best part was how quickly they responded to our questions and listened to our vision for the project. They replied to our project messages so quickly, they replied within the day (sometime even the hour) and kept us well informed the entire time. The design process was so cool and it was so exciting to see it come to life though the sketches and 3D designs, it made the process feel so exciting! They were super considerate of our budget too and we never felt pushed to spend more than what we were comfortable with. My fiancé and I had visited brick and mortar stores and there was often a pressure to spend more and decide quickly. The CustomMade team, on the other hand, were considerate and respectful of our choices, never pressured us, and were more than willing to change even the smallest detail. And our ring arrived earlier than expected which was such an awesome surprise! We love how the ring turned out, it is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It is a very high quality piece, and I am so excited to wear it for the rest of my life. Those who were on the CustomMade team that worked with us were all so helpful: amazing communication, understanding, kept us updated at all times, flexible, patient, knowledgeable, were honest about pricing, and made sure the ring was exactly what we were envisioning.
