“These guys were legitimately FANTASTIC! This was my first time dealing with any sort of jeweler and right off the bat they were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and were willing to listen to all of my questions, concerns and all of my ideas! I don't normally do reviews but this company deserves all 5 stars, I'd give more if I could! Sarah D. Was my jeweler that I worked with and she really was everything I could have asked for. I even had to take a 2-3 month break before I was able to move forward for personal reasons, and when I was ready to continue we picked up right where we left off! Truly some of the best service I've seen in a company, HIGHLY recommend this company.”

“Through the whole process, everyone I worked with was exceptionally responsive and experienced. I worked to get a custom engagement ring made based off a photo, and they came back with a design more perfect than any I could have imagined. My now fiance has been nonstop AMAZED by the quality, and everyone we have shown has agreed that I nailed the decision. They designed within my budget to a tee and delivered exactly what I was hoping for an more. I will be returning for my wedding band!!”

“They were very helpful throughout the whole process! I was skeptical at first but they were very reassuring the whole time. I read all the bad reviews, but the quality control was great, and when it comes down to it, they are making YOUR ring design. So if you don’t do your due diligence in making it sturdy and durable, that’s on you not them! Mine has not had any issues at all and I love it!”

“I did a lot of research when I was looking for an engagement ring. I wanted something unique and special. Custom Made delivered a unique experience that made the process easy and stress free. They listened to my needs and the final product was exactly what I was looking for. The craftsmanship is exquisite. “This team consisted of 95% if not all the same people that worked with me to make my fiancée's engagement ring (which was perfect), and they upheld the same professionalism and quality as they did 2 years ago. This process was much easier because I could actually involve my fiancée instead of needing to surprise her; and she was even surprised with how smooth everything went since it was her first time seeing how it works. She did have a couple design changes because what she thought she wanted clashed with her engagement ring or seemed too big, but that just shows the quality of the 3D renderings provided by this team. They don't try to unrealistically enhance anything or convince you that you'll like something. They are truly invented is making the ring that is perfect for you and will show you exactly what you will be purchasing. They were also very upfront and answered any questions I had without hesitation. The team at Custommade is the most consistent, highest quality team I have worked with in any situation and I appreciate their patience with last minute changes and somewhat odd design choices. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for jewelery!”
