“I'm sorry to say that I can no longer in good faith recommend anyone purchase jewelry via CustomMade - something has drastically changed, ?new personnel, without apparently as much training or passion or interest in the job at hand or desire to provide exemplary or even just okay customer service. I'd previously purchased 2 rings and had an absolutely fantastic experience, the rings were unique and there was a lot of care taken by and interest from folks like Czarina and Rosebud. More recently, with my 3rd ring, I've run into problems. In the past, missives to and from staff were extremely timely and re-sizing plans made with ease with appropriate UPS mailing labels provided without any issue. Please find below my last email to CustomMade staff - I received a reply stating that it would be escalated to someone and I would hear back by Tuesday (i.e.., today - I have received no response and don't feel certain that I will, which is very disappointing/baffled based on the stellar past experiences I had). "So I just tried again at another UPS store- was told same thing:/ they said the label I have doesn’t cover any packaging in which the ring would be shipped in. I’m afraid I’ve wasted a lot of time now printing and reprinting the mailing label I received and visiting different UPS stores. Am I not able to have the ring re-sized for free like with the other rings I purchased from CustomMade? Very disappointing if so! Was definitely a big reason why I’ve continued to be a customer. - Please feel free to forward this email chain to managing personnel- I just can’t believe how much more difficult and cumbersome the resizing process has been this 3rd time around (again had no difficulty whatsoever the other times), again super disappointing and an utter timewaster. I live in the city and have sat through traffic to try UPS stores in both Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Not sure what else I can do."”

“The design process was really smooth. All representatives were very attentive and communication with them was very efficient. The team was very willing to give life to the ring idea that I had in mind. Overall, they guided me on every step of the way and delivered on every change and details that I requested. They mean it when they say they will keep working on it until you are 100% happy with the design. In all, I loved the personalized process they offered and I am extremely happy with my piece. The final ring in person was a perfect match to the design renderings we agreed. Outstanding service.”

“My inability to find what I had in mind led me to CM in the first place. And while it may be true that it easier to buy out of the Jeweler's display case, nothing compares to the distinction of having a completely unique, "made-for-you" piece. As I was very specific regarding what I wanted, I was impressed with the extraordinary patience and attention to design detail as well as the subsequent follow up from production. In the end, I opened the package from CM to find that they had captured my vision exactly.”

“Working with the CustomMade staff was amazing! I wanted to create the perfect ring to ask the woman of my dreams to marry me but i had no idea what that ring looked like. They made it super easy to communicate with them and to tweak the design until i was happy with it, no matter how many changes it took! They were professional, personable, punctual and made me feel like they cared if i liked the ring! The process was easy to understand and all i had to do was design it online and wait for it to be shipped! For a custom project the pricing is way better than i have been quoted anywhere else! I will 100% be using CustomMade for our wedding bands in the future!”

“I am very pleased with my ring. I had already had my crest design so it made the begining process very easy. The speed at which the company designed the ring and had it to finished product was very quick. It is a high quality ring with a very nice look to the design and overall product. The face is a little smaller that what I was hoping for but I guess the ring could only be so big. The price of the ring was a little expensive but if you compare it to a high quality wedding ring set it is cheap in comparison. Overall very happy with my experience and my final ring. Thank you for the great support and high quality ring.”

“Working with Custom Made was excellent throughout the entire process. I was a little hesitant to entrust my ring purchase entirely online but the Custom Made team worked with me through every step of the process to ensure that I understood each step and was happy with the results. From the initial conceptual renderings through the final design, I was impressed with the team’s thoroughness and attention to detail. In the end, the ring was perfect - exactly what I was hoping for and most importantly, my new fiancé’ loved it! Thank you to the whole Custom Made team for helping make this possible!”

“Overall I was verry happy with the experience. The people helped and guided me through the process. Were inquisative where needed. And were more than willing to make adjustments to the design. I had lots of choices and got to make informed descisions all the way through, and I got regular updates where things were, and where we we were going. The cost production was on the higher end IMO. And some little detailed work that needed to be done by hand was not possible. Overall, verry happy with the result/experience/delivery time.”

“The idea to order a custom piece came from a sudden death in the family. My husband knew that I wanted to give something unique and something tangable to our our neice that would honor her fiance's memory. The custom necklace that we ordered came in and was absolutely beautiful. The entire process from the initial contact with Custom Made, the 'idea' phase, through the creating and proofing and finally receiving the piece was handled very professionally. Communication was great as well as guidance on what materials to use etc. The help was so appreciated. When the package arrived, I could see the delivery person carrying a large box? I wondered why it was so big. We were so impressed with the quality of the packaging and the 'box' the jewerly came in. Very classy! We would definately recomment your company to others. I am anxious soon hand deliver this.”
