“I came across this website while searching for custom rings. I am truly amazed how professional and helpful all of them have been. They take your suggestions and only improve on them. They are extremely friendly and understanding to deal with. The ring came out almost the same as how it was meant to be and they are so accepting of making adjustments afterwards as well. The price is slightly on the higher side but you do get an amazing outcome from that.”

“We had an amazing experience with CustomMade. They were very patient in the entire process and the rings that they made for us are absolutely stunning. We're extremely happy with the result. One of the rings we had made is a bit too small but they said they would resize it first time for free so no issues there either. The only thing is that I would recommend people to look at what the tax would be like if you ship outside of the US. This was a bit of a shock to us. But overall amazing experience and would definetly recommend getting your jewelry made here!”

“I couldn't rave enough about how well my vision was captured for my partners engagement ring. HE absolutely adores it and it made my proposal perfect. The sun and moon have such deep meaning to us as a couple, and every single CustomMade agent I talked to did so well at taking my creative input and applying it with their immense talent. At no point did I ever have any worry that my ring would turn out wrong as I was made to feel completely safe and trusted by all who I spoke to. As an international customer I was also extremely worried about the timeline of my project but I was assured of a schedule and custommade completely delivered. I'll undoubtedly be recommending my friends to this company and these people, unbelievablely great service better than I could have hoped for.”

“I had 3 Garnet Hear Stones that I wanted made into a ring. The staff did an amazing job and kept me involved every step of the way. We even had to make a few adjustments and everything was as I'd hoped for. The shipping to and from was seamless. If you're considering having something special made, give these guys a shot.”

“From working out the details of my ideas to the result that came out of them, the experience was amazing! At every step of the process, I felt well guided and supported by the team. When it came to making change after change until I was happy, everyone was extremely patient. And when working on my piece and manufacturing it, everything was extremely fast. “I made a custom wedding ring with CustomMade, and they did not disapoint. With an exceptional customer service, they listened carefully about my project, guided me and answered all my questions in detail. Theywere very patient, understanding and provided advices and recommendations to fit my requirements and need for the ring. From design, materials, sizing, colors and every single details needed, the final result was even better than I expected. It took about a month from start to finish. The ring was carefully packaged and well secure with their custom marked box which was very appreciated for such a piece. They provided a very high standard of services as well as high quality craftmanship. I highly reccommend CustomMade for making a custom wedding ring, you will not regret it. “My experience with Custom Made was really good! The process went at a smooth pace. The staff respond in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the end result. The engagement ring we went with turned out beautiful and looked better in person than in photos. I will say that there are too many different hands that your project has to go through before it's done, and that shows. Some things get lost in communication and slightly changed if you're not careful because the project gets passed to 4 or 5 different people. I would suggest to the user that you be as specific as possible with what you want so that nothing gets changed that there's no miscommunication. Overall I'm very happy with the result! Thank you!”
