“This was by far the best experience I could have ask for in buying an engagement ring. The entire process from start to finish was very straightforward, and the team I worked with took all the stress off of me and made getting a ring fun. They were always available to answer any questions I had, they listened to me while still providing guidance, and they helped design a gorgeous ring that my fiancée absolutely loves. She has not stopped getting compliments from everyone about how unique and beautiful the ring is. When she tells people that I got it custom made for her, everyone is blown away. I will be telling everyone I meet who is even thinking about ring shopping to go with Custom Made.”

“11/10 recommend! Tricia and Michael (personal jewelry consultants) were exceptionally helpful in finding the right design and gems (and patient as I went back and forth); Kathelene's (artist) beautiful designs really brought my vision for the ring to life and Lei (design lead) helped pull it all together. We couldn't be happier with the final product! Thank you all so much for your help! The picture truely doesn't do it justice.”

“The service provided from the start was excellent. The design phase was excellent and I found that the design team provided me with excellent options. Once my design was complete I was very impressed with the attention to detail regarding the selection of the stone. The gemologist was very critical when selecting the perfect stone for us and so much so that they reviewed 19 stones before finally selecting the stone I found the team to be very responsive with my questions throughout the entire timeline. The final product was brilliant and perfect in every way! I will use this company again in the future.”

“The pendant that was made for me was above and beyond perfect. Every detail of the pendant was spot on! This was such an easy process and they took the time to explain step by step. “The individuals at CustomMade made the process of designing and ultimately getting the engagement ring for my girlfriend super simple and easy. My project had some hangups with stone issues (not CustomMade's fault), but CustomMade made sure to communicate those issues with me and provide recommendations that helped create a truly gorgeous ring. I would highly recommend this company for any custom ring designs.”

“Although at the begining I had some doubts about purchasing a proposal ring in the United States since I am in Spain, I am absolutely in love with the result. From the first contact with them, they make me feel secure and calm. They guided me through the whole process and I was informed and asked about any possible change and improvement. I want to highlight the pacience and love they have had through the process. I am very happy with them because they achieved success in creating the ring which I had in mind. The result is atonishing. Without any doubts, I would contact them again to design any other future jewel. In Spain, there is a future bride wearing a lovely custommade-jewelery ring :)”
