“I started my journey a couple months before I knew I was going to ask my(now fiance, she said yes) girlfriend to marry me. I told them what I liked and what she liked and they gave me some very beautiful options. From that point on we honed it down to a beautifuly unique piece, that you won’t find any where else. And she absolutely loves it. Thank you so much custom made, you guys are really making dreams come true. Keep it up”

“From start to finish the process has been amazing with the team, every member of the custom made team I came into contact with was knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly! I cannot thank them all enough. They have designed the ring exactly to the way I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the result. They delivered it in record time with a lovely box, and some helpful instructions for popping the question. If you are unsure on what to do and have an ideas of what you'd like in a ring, custom made is for you!”

“The whole process was super simple. I needed some help designing my ring, and the employee assigned to me (Ryn) was extremely helpful. I gave her a pinterest board with some things that my girlfriend liked, and then she helped me design the perfect ring. The whole time, communication was quick, the pricing was very reasonable and transparent (ended up being cheaper than if I got the same ring from a standard jeweler), and I always felt in control of the project. “The process or I should better say the adventure creating a ring for my wife was so fulfilling. Custom Made definitely makes sure that everything is to my liking with the greatest of humility and patience. They really do everything they can to make sure I feel I was leading the design while making it wonderful and fun. I never felt rushed or pushed. The end result ended up looking exactly like I wanted. I also love the new boxes they coming in. It looks so lovely. Thank you everyone in Custom Made for an amazing experience and result.”

“After wearing beautiful wedding rings for 34 years and wearing nothing on my right hand from a divorce 20 years, I decided to purchase and design my own engagement ring. “Very helpful team for a clueless customer like me They were great. I've never bought jewelry for my wife before but I took a photo of something that I found on TV and they walked me through the process. They were patient as I was going back and forth between design options. They also helped me make decisions that I wasn't sure about like which type of gold, how long a chain, etc. They were also very responsive, writing me back within a day or even just hours. In the end, I paid and got the necklace. It was all straightforward, even for an amateur like me!”

“Can't praise this company enough. I got 3 rings from Custommade. 1 engagement ring and 2 wedding bands. The staff at Custommade kept me updated on the production of the ring from making the ring to it getting on m doorstep. They helped me pick out stones, ring metal, and anything else to make sure I had the ring I would fall in love with. This company doesn't ghost you or leave you hanging about information, tracking, etc. Custommade made sure I was pleased with the ring before they shipped it to me. Again, I can't thank/ praise them enough. Thank you so much custom-made.”
