“Very good service. The team at Custom Made is very helpful, polite, and they respond quickly. They make the process easy to follow, giving you lots of options and listening to all your feedback. They don’t rest until you are happy. The pricing is pretty reasonable, and they work with your budget. I enjoyed being involved in the process, and my fiancé loves the one of a kind ring that the team helped me design.”

“The process was fun! Customer service was usually prompt and professional. They actually talked me out of a few ideas I had due to design limitations and went ahead and gave alternatives that turned out much better. I appreciated their input, and I could tell they were working hard to make my vision come to life.”

“Every team member was very nice and reasonably quick to respond. There were a few issues and the only reason I didnt get my ring on the projected timeline was because of external suppliers. Everything that they were responsible for turned out great even when I had some last minute adjustments.”

“We started designing my rings in January and we finished in May. Custom Made's team was very responsive to all of my tweaks and questions and the rings were absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend them to anyone lookign to get an engagement ring.”

“Over all an amazing experience. I started my journey with a few rough sketches and notes and custom made kept doing small revisions until we got the perfect ring. The team was extremely supportive and kind and was able to produce the ring fast and with excellent quality. And the best part is, she said yes.”

“I'm not a jeweler, but I've looked at my ring through a jeweler's loupe and as far as I can tell there's no difference in the quality between this one, and other ring's I've bought from fine jewelry stores. Except this one is custom made to what I wanted. I didn't price compare, but everything I saw that I liked in stores was only a few hundred dollars less but without diamonds, and I didn't like any of them. They were very helpful with the design, I wasn't sure at all what I wanted when we started, but had a suggestion and we built from there and ended up with something I really like. If I wanted to see something different, they made changes until I was satisfied. I wanted something that was not a replica, but would remind me of my late wife's wedding ring.”

“This has been one of the best online customer service experiences I've ever had. The communication, patience, and attention to detail these lovely people displayed were outstanding. “From the beginning to the end of my custom necklace/pendant project, I was very satisfied with the level of customer care and service provided. Custommade was able to take the photos and ideas that I gave them to create a design that looked exactly what I imagined for my necklace, and then made it a reality. The only thing that could have been better was the final photos they sent of the finished product. I feel like the professional photos they took did not capture how good the final piece actually looked. The pendant looked a little dull or like it had a matte finish in the photo, but on arrival it looked very shiny and polished like it did in the 3D models, which was a huge relief since I paid for it to look that way. I am very pleased with the final product and would recommend Custommade to anyone looking to create a one of a kind piece with good customer service. Thank you Custommade!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about custom made. They are super easy to work with, really cooperative, they really show you that they care about the projects that they are working with you on, 20/10 service. Best of all, they work on your timeline, and they are super flexible according to your budget. I'm usually super skeptical about working with people online, but custom made is the real deal. Best of all, their work is top notch quality. My fiancé was super happy with the ring. It really made our engagement all the more special. Thank you, Custom Made!”
