“I had an absolutely incredible experience working with CustomMade! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. My project manager, Grace, was outstanding—she communicated promptly, answered all of my questions with care, and truly went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right. Even when I changed my mind on a few design decisions partway through the project, Grace remained patient, flexible, and supportive throughout. Her professionalism and kindness made a potentially stressful process feel easy and exciting. I'm beyond thrilled with how everything turned out, and I’m so grateful to CustomMade for making this such a memorable journey. I can’t wait to propose to my girlfriend later this summer—and I know this piece will carry so much meaning because of the heart that went into making it. “Honetly, I cannot rave enough about these guys. I had such a good experince from start to finish. I came in knowing some basics I wanted the ring to have, but the team did an amazing job bringing it to life. My partner wanted a very specific design with a very specific stone and other companies or jewelers were not able to deliver, these guys did! And under budget might I add! My assistant Sarah was super helpful, professional, and such a "girl's girl" - it was great working with her. And the entire package... AMAZING! So sweet to get a lil surprise as the proposer too! I couldn't wait to use the "I asked" "I said yes" cards. Thank you for a stress-free experience!”

“Grace was super helpful, heping me realize a vague concept of a ring that would represnt my fiance's herritage. The ring turned out beautiful with diamonds, emeralds and rubys representing the colors of the flag of her birth country. The price was very competetive with any other jeweler I checked out, with so many more options for customization through CustomMade. Would definitely recommend”

“From start to finish I had my own expert to walk me through my ideas, concept drawings, and finish touches. I received updates as I waited for the ring to be made and I could not be happier with the results. My wife also got me a ring from CustomMade! The experience was unique and personal. I will 100% be back for our weddings bands and future purchases! Recommending them to all my friends and family!”

“From start to finish, this was an amazing experience! Beginning with working out a design with the team to make it look its best, estimating the price range and small touches that would improve the overall quality of the ring, and keeping me informed every step of the way with changes and issues, this experience left absolutely nothing to be desired. “CustomMade was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something special and personalized for my future fiance. Not only was the service and communication awesome, but I appreciated that they gave their opinion on certain things I was unsure about and provided multiple different designs for me to choose from. I liked the process so much that I also created a second ring for my future step-daughter because of the quality of everything. Highly recommend for anyone looking to create something unique!”

“The service was really amazing. From the beginning to the end the service was perfect. They make it very easy for you to get the exact ring that you want. I started out being a bit skeptical but that lasted about 1 minute. They assigned a project manager (Stephanie) and she was super helpful throughout the whole process. I even totally change the design and she was very helpful the whole way. The ring I got in the end was perfect and my now wife loves it. She has gotten tons of rave compliments on the ring and even I have gotten complimented on the ring. As for price, what I paid was definitely worth it.”

“The process for designing, forging and delivering my fiancee's ring was seamless. I never knew that there was a company like this and I'm so glad I found CustomMade. They were able to capture characteristics of my wife-to-be within the ring. She was so happy when I proposed to her. She was even more joyful when I explained how every aspect of the ring represented a part of her. It brought her to tears. Thank you so much for helping me make this experience so memorable. I also wanted to praise the different teams that helped me. At first it felt overwhelming with all the options I could choose from but the CustomMade team (Bridgette, Martin, Rosebud, Christine and others who I'm sure were working on the backend) provided excellent guidance throughout the whole process. The visual samples were extremely helpful and I could hardly tell the difference from the concept drawings to the final product. It was beautiful and I could really see the quality shine through when my fiancee showed it off to me recently. Finance wise, I was on a very strict budget for this and did not purchase the wedding band but I liked that it was designed along with the engagement ring and kept on file for a future purchase. The payment method was relatively simple and I was kept in the know the entire way. Overall, this has been a great experience. Now that the proposal is done, I look forward to getting my fiancee involved with our next CustomMade project. Thank you so much for all the hard work and diligence the CustomMade team put into this. “We are thrilled with the experience we had with CustomMade. Initially, silly me made a mistake and asked for a bigger size for my fiancé's engagement ring and we sent it back and was remade, no issues. We were so happy that we ended up ordering the wedding bands as well. All in all the whole process was a very fun experience, loved to see the sketches and bounce around ideas with the team. It's great to see what you pictured in your mind come life and knowing you're involved in the making, makes the finished product that much more special. Would highly recommend to anyone. My fiancé lost a vintage ring her grandmothers gifted to her, so that might be our next project ;).”
