“Creating the exact ring that I wanted was so fun! Everyone that worked with me on my project were so extremely helpful and kept me up to date on the entire process. The ring turned out beautifully. “Excellent service throughout. We loved the ring that they designed. The quality, the size and everything is perfect. There is just one thing: the design is a bit stone setting heavy and therefore twisting around the finger a bit so such potential issues would be useful to be highlighted (i.e. that a wider, heavier ring might be needed to avoid that)”

“It started over 4 years ago when I wanted to create a special ring to present to my two sons upon graduation from college. The ring designs were to contain a replica of our family coat of arms and an image of the college were they attended. It was my first time ever doing something like this so I had no idea how to go about a process. I found Custommade by searching the internet and started their process. Being somewhat skeptical, I wasn't sure how far I wanted to go with them. I didn't want to share too much of my design at first (my ignorant fear). I finally committed and started the process. They assigned a designer just to me. All our communication was over chat and everyone was very helpful and responsive. They were responsive to every little detailed request without making me feel stupid or like I was asking too much. Even if I wanted to restart part of the design. I was very pleased with all four of the pieces and they made me feel like my design was so special and unique. The price for the amount of re-design work I had is a huge value. I definitely would recommend CustomMade. - be patient with the process - attach drawings, sketches, pictures to help them see your vision - look over the final rendering and finished products to make sure it is as you want it. “CustomMade did a fantastic job bringing my thoughts to life for my (now) fiancee's ring! I'm not the most creative one, so I definitely needed some hand holding, and the team did an amazing job and was extremely communicative all the way through. I worked through several different staff members, and all of them were highly knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, and made the experience very positive. Most importantly, the final product looks amazing, and she loves it! It was also quite affordable (more so than I had anticipated), which is obviously a plus. So happy I worked together with them on this!”

“Phenomenal service from Custom Made. One day I was looking online for any bespoke engagement ring services as I wanted a very unique and incredible ring for my partner to love. I found Custom Made and within 2 months and many back and forths with designs, I received my final design and it was perfect. If anyone needs a bespoke and uniquely designed ring made EXACTLY how you want (seriously, think of a design you want and they can do it!). Very very highly recommend!!”

“My sister and I found CustomMade as we were searching for someone to make a memorial ring to remember our mom by as she only had days left to live. After she passed away we asked them to begin designing something that is very specific and special to us in remembering our mom. They were very professional and did everything they could to make this process a good experience for us. We are very happy with the final outcome of the rings! “I came to CustomMade almost desperate. I was trying to find that perfect ring for my SO, and they wanted a diamond alternative. Not many out there I’m afraid, much less one that would be perfect for them. Their website didn’t say anything about the kind of stone they wanted(moss agate) but I reached out just as a last ditch effort. To my pleasant surprise, they actually had it, and not only that, but they were super helpful through the entire process. I knew exactly what the ring was going to look like before it was ever even made. And then I got updates through every step of the process, and was very reassured through everything. They were quick, the ring is of great quality, and it’s exactly how I imagined it in my mind when I reached out to them. I couldn’t be happier with CustomMade. Thank you guys so much!”

“When my fiancé and I talked about getting engaged I knew I wanted a ring that I would adore forever!! And he wanted to make sure it was going to be something I loved too. When I started my journey on finding the perfect engagement ring I came across this website CustomMade. From the start their entire staff was so warm and welcoming and got back to me quickly… I had some silly questions too and they never made me feel dumb or clueless. I felt so educated after talking with my consultants! They walked me through each step and didn’t stop until I had the ring of my dreams. Fast forward to getting closer to the big day and I had to order my wedding band and I had the same wonderful experience from CustomMade!
