“I am truly grateful, you guys did an amazing job and I am tearing up just now from thinking about it. Although just a piece of metal from a cynical perspective.. this ring is a representation of my love and devotion that alhough I can't describe it with words nor express it through material things.. this ring is the most approximate thing to it. “Everyone that worked on my project was super nice and patient. I needed time to work on my budget and they were extremely understanding of that. Then once we got the project started the ring was in my hands within just a few weeks. They even sent a guide for dealing with proposal stress.”

“I really appreciated the ability to submit ideas for modifications and and then see the the result in an image. The design team was quick to send new versions and now my daughter has a class signet ring that she loves and is different from her classmates. Thank you!!”

“Amazing experience working with CustomMade. Honestly not a single fault or complaint, everything was quick, fast communication, fast adjustments whenever asked (and I wanted quite a few adjustments). They also ended up delivering the final ring much quicker than expected. Always super helpful with any questions, explaining everything in detail, every step of the way. Highly recommend!”

“Every aspect of working with Custommade has exceeded my expectations! From the start of creating the design, to completion of the finished product has been a very positive experience! The communication between staff, designers, and myself has been exceptional. I felt they were with me, listening, creating, and allowing me to make small design changes until I was satisfied with the end product. Then I received my beautiful, custom ring, and it is even more beautiful than I expected. Quality, care, price, and attention to detail is second to none! “My experience started out with a ton of skepticism. I didn’t know what to expect, but I took a shot and I couldn’t be happier. The team assigned to me was very thorough in communicating, taking my input, sticking to the sketches/3d renderings, and overall keeping me in the loop about the stages of the processes. If you’re as hesitant as I was at first, take the time and let the team get you a sketch. You won’t be disappointed!”

“Everyone I spoke to was great and my Fiancée loves the ring, the sizing converting from UK to US isn't very accurate as I put my Fiancées correct UK size however when it arrived it was too small so I think something went wrong when converting the size from UK to US. Other than that it was perfect”
