“I utilized CustomMade.com to make a necklace for my wife with a very specific design. I could not find any other reputable companies that could make a quality item like this. The process was extremely easy and very quick. They were able to generate initial renderings rapidly and then update them after I showed my wife and she wanted to change elements of the design. Even last minute changes such as adding engraving were very easy to add. Throughout the entire process I was engaged to ensure that the necklace met my vision. Even after the process when there was concern that our selections were too large for my wife to comfortably wear, they offered to make any changes to meet our expectations. I would absolutely use them again to make another custom piece.”

“10/10 the best jewelry experience I ever had. These guys are the friendliest people and listened to exactly what I wanted. They gave great suggestions and gave me so much knowledge for me to make the best decision. I loved seeing the pictures and designs every step of the way and I felt secure in knowing they were treating my project just as special as it was to me. I created my fiance's wedding ring with them and my fiance absolutely loved it. He cried, ya'll!) Thanks to Paulo, Mary, and the rest of the design team at CustomMade. You all made the process so exciting. I can't wait to design something else in the future.”

“The moment I came to Custom Made and started the process, I immediately started getting help from one of their reps. They were super helpful the whole way through. They always came back with fast and timely responses. They were super efficient, professional, and did everything they could to make sure I got the best outcome with my final ring design. I opted for the expedited option (which cost extra), so I think that's why everything was so fast and efficient. For me, the process from initial design to ring-in-hand took just about 5 weeks! The process was split up into multiple parts: 1. Concepting and Initial Design 2. 3D modeling 3. QA and Final Production. For the concept art, we would have a back-and-forth of coming up with ideas, presenting their art, and giving feedback. Each iteration would take at most a day to come back with new designs based on feedback. Very fast and they took feedback very well! For the modeling, the iteration time was a little bit longer, but that makes sense since we were working out the finer details. Even at that step, you could make pretty big changes. Selecting the diamond was also a really good experience. They would come up with options within your price range. They also made sure the diamond was up to their standards and made sure to let you know as soon as possible if they felt like they needed to exchange the diamond for another one. Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend Custom Made to anyone looking to get a custom ring made!”

“I had a great experience with CustomMade. I was guided through the process with timely responses from the team throughout. I had many specific requests for the ring, which were all met. When I asked to make changes several times, they were always able to accommodate me. The ring ended up exactly how I hoped and my now FIANCÉE absolutely loved it. Plus they were able to complete the whole project in only 2-3 months for a minimal fee to expedite the process so I could propose in a park in Paris. Thank you so much for all your help!”

“CustomMade is an incredible customer experience, all of the professionals that I communicated with during the process were so knowledgeable and timely in their responses. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted when we started and they were very patient in helping he figure that out. The ring is such high quality and the shine is incredible, it feels very sturdy and well made. I cannot stress enough how amazing this company is you should absolutely give them your business. I can’t wait to propose to my girlfriend and for her to see the amazing ring I got for her.”
