“The delivery never arrived. I sent an e-mail and recieved no responce. These were a good luck to my neice who waited in for the delivery while revising. I am very dissapointed.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback 💛 We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as the cake was intended for your son’s birthday and you were then left needing to make alternative arrangements. We would like to clarify that your order was prepared and dispatched by our bakery on time, however it unfortunately encountered an unexpected delay within DPD’s network, which resulted in the parcel not reaching you as intended. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this courier issue. As soon as your message was reviewed by one of our Customer Care Advisors on 26th May, a full refund was processed for your order. As advised in our refund confirmation, refunds can take 3–5 working days to appear back in your account, so this should now have been received. If you have not yet received the refund, please do get back in touch with our Customer Care team and we will be happy to investigate this further for you ✨ We are very sorry that this experience did not reflect the high standards we aim to provide, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. 💛

“Cookies were very delicious but I had to chase them in regards to delivery as I ordered them on 7/05 to be delivered on 23/05 but they were not dispatched till 22/05 until I chased them.”

Unfortunately, courier delays and delivery failures can occasionally occur due to factors such as driver route issues, address verification problems, access restrictions, GPS mapping errors, or operational issues within the courier network. While these situations are rare, we appreciate how frustrating they can be when they impact an important gift. “When I first tried to book this tea without "happy birthday" all was going well until when I came to pay it said "sold out" so I booked the same thing with a "happy birthday" card over the box. So I ordered this and then when I checked again, the same afternoon tea without the "happy birthday" was now available again. ? Delivered on time.”

“My daughter is at Cambridge and I am in the United States. I was so pleased to find a vegan option that I could order and have delivered for her birthday! I ordered the chocolate cake with the birthday wrap and raspberry lemonades. She loved it! Thanks from a grateful mom overseas. 😊🎂”
