“Really bad unfortunately. First batch arrived smashed up. On complaint second batch organised, 'delivered' on 31 March with no note or proof of delivery and subsequently not found. Customer service did refund but after 35 minutes held on phone could barely utter an apology. Farce”

“Nice cake but, for me, it is definitely one that needs to eaten warm with cream or ice cream, buttercream is fairly firm - 30 seconds in the microwave and yum!”
