“Absolutely amazing customer service from Cutter & Squidge! I had an issue with my order, and Jenny from The Cutter and Squidge Team was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to organise a new delivery to be sent out just in time for Eid, which meant so much to me. Her kindness, efficiency, and excellent communication made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s rare to receive such thoughtful and attentive customer service these days. “My husband and I treated ourselves to this during our trip to the Cotswalds and it did not disappoint! The cookie was deliciously moist and the pistachio was just perfect and not over powering at all. You can very easily share the whole tin between 2 people - we did! Loved it.”
