“Unfortunately, our colleague never got their parcel (ordered on March 26th. I never got a message from Cutter or the delivery service to say there were issues, it was when I didn't hear from the colleague that I looked into it. I emailed Cutter customer service but it feels like it is all AI generated responses as the email I got didn't address the issue properly and also asked me to check the postcose was correct but sent me the exact same postcode twice. Disappointing as this was to send love to a colleague after the loss of a family member.”
