“Awful experience with them. I ordered two cakes to cleberate my son's 1st birthday. They delivered the cakes to the wrong address. No reason was given to why this had happened and no help to recitify the problem. It was a case of 'computer says no'. Customer service was also bad. I was told a manager would call me and nothing to this day. I got an default email to say my refund has been process. No customer service at all. I found the situation very stressful and upsetting.”

We’re truly sorry this happened, especially for such a special occasion as your son’s first birthday. We completely understand how upsetting it must have been. The delivery issue was raised directly with the courier, and a full replacement was offered, but we also understood that, given the timing, a replacement wouldn’t have been suitable — which is why a full refund was processed promptly. “I ordered the festive brownies as a christmas gift, they arrived on 17th Dec with a use by date of 23rd December. so could not use as a gift. website is not clear of such a short use by date. they could have been delivered later, so in date for christmas day. Other suppliers have longer sell by date on their brownies. i am left feeling very disappointed and misled.”

Our treats are made fresh with all-natural ingredients, so they have a shorter shelf life than products with preservatives. They’re designed to be enjoyed close to the time they’re delivered rather than stored beyond the advised use-by date. “Best brownies I have ever had in my entire life have been on a hunt to find brownies similar but don’t think anything will ever match up to these I would walk halfway across the globe for these they were so soft and delicious and amazing quality I wish they opened a shop right next door to my house so I didn’t have to wait 24hrs for delivery I would highly recommend cutter and Squidge if you’re reading this please give me a lifetime supply of these :)”

“The most amazing patisserie - the cakes are just perfect, they are not too sweet but perfectly balanced and harmoniuous taste. The sponge is perfect - and it even looks amazing. I have tried nearl all of those, but the yule logs are just extraordinary. The customer care, the ordering process and the delivery is also excellent.”
