“This particular item didn't meet the usual standards for Cutter and Squidge. It was very dense and didn't taste great. I contacted the team and they responded with great customer service, which is greatly appreciated and highlights what a good company they are.”

“Difficult to say much about the company since I don't know much about them. The website heavily upsells, but that's just business and to be expected. Re. the quality of the food being sold, that's 100% on the directors and they should take a step back and think about how it reflects on the integrity of the business.”

“I want to say that this has been a wonderful experience. Sample box delivered to the venue where we had part of the bridal shower. Hare and Billet - Blackheath - fantastic! Thank you Natalia for accepting this parcel for our 3.45 booking .Prompt and efficient. Sample was delicious. We divided it amongst bridal shower members each sampling and then we scored. We included the Groom, as he had arrived for this unboxing. Both bride and groom and other guests all scored. The top two were announced. The naked two tier cakes chosen… strawberry vanilla on top and double choc as bottom layer. How amazing ! And I’d like to make a huge shout out to Rebekah who emailed me and spent a good 30 mins answering all my questions before I ordered the wedding sample box. Will be ordering the wedding cake on Monday. My daughter and son in law are so happy xxxx well done Cutter and Squidge”
