“Food was excellent, cannot fault it however after a change in arrangements on the day that I ordered I contacted the team to arrange a different delivery time and was advised very curtly that it wasn't possible and they couldn't help me further. Full marks for products but very poor customer service.”

“Didn't eat the cookies myself as they were a gift, but the recipients seemed very pleased! They arrived on time, maybe slightly on the expensive side for what you get but a nice gift and easy to arrange.”

“The cake was nice and very well presented. The delivery was also great and arrived promptly. This was my second time purchasing a cake from Cutter and squidge, and I was really happy with both purchases and will not hesitate in using the bakery again for future celebrations.”

“Delicious cake. Beautifully decorated. Delivery on schedule in all 3 destinations. My only negative was my cake was warm on arrival. It was a hot day so thought it should have been delivered refrigerated in the heat or kept in a cool shady spot in the delivery van as it had white chocolate in it and icing was beginning to melt when I opened it.”

“It was well received by everyone. Everyone complimented on how pretty it was. I liked it. But was hoping the lemony flavour was stronger. A little too sweet for me but I still enjoyed it. And so did everyone. Plus delivery was earlier than scheduled which was great.”

“Convenient for online orders. Ordered this cake for my daughter’s birthday, via online booking at a short notice. It tastes good enough, moist enough, but don’t expect something super special, it’s more on the average side. I would say it’s slightly overpriced for what it is, especially with the delivery price the total came to over 50 pounds for a small average cake.”

“My cake was delivered on time for my wedding day and tasted delicious. The only thing wrong with it is that it wasn’t very naked, there were hardly any “see through” bits and the covered pretty much most of the cake. So it just ended up looking more like a cream cake”

“The afternoon tea set was delicious and arrived within the time scheduled. However there was a problem with the packaging, the freezer pack inside the box had burst which damaged the box quite badly and also left a lot of moist and water all over the products. We were lucky that the products were packed in its own packaging otherwise I don't think we would have been able to enjoy the tea set.”

“Timely delivery, great looking cake, but the taste was very average. I have had much better cakes from C&S so it's a shame this one did not reach the expected standard.”
