“Good cake - the sponge appears to be a bit smaller than the other cakes in the same size, however cake was tasty and fresh. The cream filling in the middle is a bit different.”

“I made an order that was a surprise for a birthday, however, the courier never delivered the package. It was a bit of a let down. However, Cutter & Squidge responded promptly to the issue and provided a second order free of charge. The recipient was really happy with the brownies, the only thing that lets this company down is that they rely heavily on 3rd party couriers.”

“Planning a last minute micro wedding is difficult especially when your lady making our cake pulled out a couple weeks before our wedding! We were so pleased to find a company that made the process simple and which didnt over complicate the process. We easily ordered samples and ordered our cake. It was delivered on time exactly as expected and even tasted better than the samples. Thank you for the excellent service.”

“Ordering online was convenient and easy. However the original delivery didn’t meet the requested date. I informed C&S of the situation and they promptly responded and acted on it to have delivered the next morning. It was a shame it missed the occasion celebration however appreciate that unforecasted disruptions can occasionally happen.”

“Really glad to found them last minute and luckily they do national delivery! Everything's fine except the cake is way too sweet. Maybe it's just one family taste preference. We ended up eating just a little bit more than 1 quarter of the cake, a bit of a waste.”

“Ordering online was easy. Availability of delivery dates is excellent. One comment is that I realised immediately after placing the order that I forgot something and wanted to add more items to my order. To re-order, the initial order was cancelled first. As I had paid part of my order with a gift card this was not refunded immediately (and I haven't checked if it has been or not). So, it would be nice to be able to amend an order within an hour or two of placing it.”

“We really enjoyed our afternoon tea, although it arrived later than expected so had to have it the following day. It wasn't as fresh but still tasty. Try popping the brownies in the microwave to soften, they go lovely and gooey. If you want it before 8pm it’s probably worth paying the higher delivery charge.”

“Great service, emaculate packaging, and terrific design. 5 stars for aesthetics. The cake we ordered was a summer cake, but it was rather too icing heavy internally and also dry on the inside. I would give the taste 3/5. Overall, 4 stars!”
