“This is the first order I got after getting an amazine comp box - I could not believe how good the brownies were. The vegan ones were for my DF partner. They were gorgeous. The only slight issue was a leak of the syrup in the box but a decant sorted that. These are incredible brownies and I will be a customer again. Delivery was a day late but I think that was the postal service.”

“Nearly killed my dog! Cost me £190 at the vets thanks to throwing it over the hedge when there was a perfectly good postbox available. Tried to call them to discuss this and they hung up on me twice then refused my calls.”

“My son rally absolutely loved it which was the main thing! However the adults would have liked much more jam/fruit in the Victoria sponge and it was very much a sweet tooth loving cake. But went down very well with the young person it was aimed for!”

“The delivery was seamless and the cake was beautiful and delicious. Only issue I suggest paying more attention to is on the notes, I've asked for a message to be written on the cake and this didnt happen.”

“Not great to be honest. Ordered brownies to my wife's office for Valentines Day. Selected morning delivery as she was only going to be out of the office in the afternoon. Received a call before 8am to say no-one as at the office reception. Most offices don't open till 8.30 / 9am so I was surprised that the delivery to an office address was happening so early, particularly on Valentine's Day when surely you do loads of office deliveries so must be familiar with how they usually operate. But anyway, fair enough, it was just one of those things. I can't remember what I agreed with the delivery guy, I couldn't hear him very well, had a screaming toddler with me, and it seemed we didn't have many options. We either agreed to just leave them outside or return them. Anyhow, I called your customer helpline that day or the day after (can't remember) to try and resolve it, gave all the details and was told I would hear back about whether I could get a refund. Never heard a thing. So that's around £25 wasted. Would still appreciate some kind of recompense but for now, won't be using you guys again or recommending”
