“Delightful treats”

“Quality of food was alright but I think there are a couple of things they need to improve on: - They did not send the bottle of Prosecco which I paid for - They did not provide ice packs with either hamper despite saying they would - There were no clear instructions included with the package to say what was to be refrigerated upon arrival unless you opened the box which I didn’t want to do since it was a gift; and even then, the instructions were a bit vague and not specific on what foods needed to be refrigerated. Unfortunately, only the brownies were impressive.”

“The customer service was very helpful and responded to my queries, kept their word on getting back to me and on replacement delivery dates and times. They were apologetic and ensured that I received replacement goods before Christmas. I don't feel they could have done anymore in the circumstances.”

Unfortunately, promotions which require the customer to select a free item at checkout cannot be retrospectively added once the order has been handed to the courier for delivery.
