“Delivery was late, I understand that this is sometimes unavoidable due to the delivery partners you outsourced the service to. I just think it is not wise to advertise next day delivery if it takes more than 2 days to reach the customer (for context, I ordered it on Monday evening and it only arrived on Thursday).”

“I ordered some mini cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday to be delivered to her workplace, and the service was excellent. I received clear communication about the delivery time, and everything went smoothly. My daughter was delighted with the cupcakes they looked lovely and tasted delicious.”

“For the price paid I didn't expect the icing/buttercream to be cracking I guess due to it drying out? Nothing a quick zap in the microwave wouldn't fix but still not what I expected.”
