“The cake arrived 2 days after its promised delivery date and so missed the birthday it was intended for. That was dissapointing .. reason given remote location! It would be helpfull to make it explicit on order and confirmation that the delivery date is not the actual delivery date.”

“I bought the letterbox vegan brownies for my niece and her housemates. I decided to order letterbox delivery as parcels are not secure at the address. Ordering was so easy and delivery was quick and the brownies were packaged well and arrived intact. The vegan brownies I’m told were amazing, only one of the housemates is vegan but I decided for convenience the vegan option meant they could all enjoy them, which they did very much. If there could be a little more choice for vegans and letterbox options, that would be fantastic. I would definitely buy again from Cutter and Squidge. Thank you.”

“Brownies dry and expensive. Poon's chilli oil very mild, no kick at all. Sad. The company name is cloying and twee. 2nd star is for having a convenient Chinese New Year's gift available.”
