“Pros: great way to sample cakes in your own home at your convenience. Carrot cake is the best tasting one Cons: not as flavourful as I would have expected for the price and compared to other cakes I have tried. For example the lemon needs more flavour”

“I was so looking forward to the cake as it looked beautiful online but unfortunately was disappointed. The pink layer was very sweet and did not taste fresh, the sponge was dry and the other layer had no flavour. We sadly had lots of leftover cake even from kids.”

“Bought these as a treat. Was expecting them to full of unique flavours. Where was the flavour? Certainly not here! They were dry and tasteless.I've had better macarons for much cheaper. Will not be purchasing again.”

“Who are these spamming buffoons and why are they sending me dozens of unsolicited emails despite my asking them to unsubscribe me many, many times? This is against the law and I have now sought the help of the ICO who will doutbless come down hard on these charlatans. “My sis in law (age 80+) needed a pick-me-up whilst getting over an illness that killed her sense of taste. Picked out 3 items to send in one delivery: the afternoon treat hamper, 12 no-nuts brownies, and raspberry lemonade. Ordered Sunday and it arrived next day on Monday morning. In Bristol!! 🥳 She was so happy to get these, not just for the thought, but the treats are of such great quality and not too sweet that they will tempt her to start eating more food again! I could not have wished for a better response. Thank you Annabel & Emily, I will be ordering again in the future. For myself!! 🥰”

“Strangely, my review didn't end up appearing and I am having to type this all over again. I would recommend purchasing a chocolate cake over the fruit cakes. The cake sponge was moist and paired well with the custard, crispy pearls and freeze fried strawberries but the strawberry buttercream was greasy and cloying. This made for an unpleasant combination so we scraped off the entire frosting on top of the cake and cut out the buttercream bits sandwiched between.”
