“Susan helped me to identify an unusual bulb for a device and then expertly followed up with the order to ensure the bulbs arrived and fitted the device as expected. There was a complication with delivery as I was traveling and Susan followed up with the shipper to ensure it was available locally when I arrived in the area. Overall, customer service as it used to be!”
