“Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered 4 specialty lightbubls from DLaguna. I specifically chose the lightbulb that matched my current outdoor lighting. DLaguna did not send me the light bulb I ordered -but a different one. I contacted the vendor (Focus) and they confirmed that DLaguna ordered the wrong bulbs. I sent all requested information to Customer Service in hopes of getting the right bulb. DLaguna kept throwing up road blocks saying they needed more and more info (photos of the shipping box etc). I never heard a word back. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card because DLaguna won't respond. Never again.”

I am sorry over this whole problem, but what we asked are not road block we need to confirm you were sent the wrong item and we need to confirm to shipping label, these are not road black this is basic procedure, to proceed and fix the mistake.
