“Excellent customer service! DLaguna called me shortly after I placed my online order to confirm my contact information since I had used a privacy-focused email alias. “These guys were great helping with shipping to Alaska. It was received quickly and with LED bulbs. My only suggestion would be to not pack those bulbs around the lamp, as it may damage the cardboard lamp during shipping. Fortunately, we didn't have any damage!”

“Think the product is probably ok. However, it was 12 volt instead of 110. I suppose that is on me but I and the electrician were both surprised. Then I found out there was a no return policy which was listed but I never saw it. So we had to get a transformer and then the bulb that I special ordered with the light was not bright enough to adequately light my grill. I used a bigger bulb and now it seems to be working well. I was really surprised to see a no return policy in this day and age.”

Hi Jim Most of your issues with the item are in the name a description of the the item, the item is called literally 12 Volt BBQ light, and its a custom item as established clearly in the description that is why it can not be returned.
