“We're an overseas customer, been looking for this specific LED table lamp everywhere, and no one really able to assist with overseas delivery to Indonesia, but DLaguna team are very helpful and supportive. They provided best service, despite our little purchase amount, and they handled the customs thing very well, really appreciated. Thank you so much!”

“I had a good experience with DLaguna - I ordered a few exterior step lights from them. The color I wanted wasn't in stock, so they emailed me right away to let me know and offered another color at a discount. I needed the color I originally ordered, so they gave me an ETA. The lights came even sooner than that, and DLaguna followed up with an email to make sure I received the order and that everything was ok with the step lights. Very good customer service.”

“Love the lights I picked up from them. Tala Certainly a statement piece in our ski chalet. The shipping was the only disappointing part as I ordered them based on the delivery expectations on the website, but they came a month later than they were supposed to. I had to have somebody pick them up and store them for me as we were no longer out west. The process was easy and the selection is great. Second time I have ordered from the DLaguna.”

“I had been on the hunt for specific (discontinued) dining chairs, and had ordered the chairs from another site a week prior. The previous company promptly cancelled my order when they discovered the chair was discontinued, with no offer to assist in finding a replacement. Fortunately, I also found them for sale at DLaguna. In stark contrast to my previous experience, DLaguna went above and beyond to make sure I received the chairs I ordered. They relentlessly called warehouses far & wide until they located enough chairs to fill the order, and checked in with me frequently until the chairs arrived. DLaguna has earned a lifelong customer, thank you for the great customer service.”
