“These guys were great helping with shipping to Alaska. It was received quickly and with LED bulbs. My only suggestion would be to not pack those bulbs around the lamp, as it may damage the cardboard lamp during shipping. Fortunately, we didn't have any damage!”

“Think the product is probably ok. However, it was 12 volt instead of 110. I suppose that is on me but I and the electrician were both surprised. Then I found out there was a no return policy which was listed but I never saw it. So we had to get a transformer and then the bulb that I special ordered with the light was not bright enough to adequately light my grill. I used a bigger bulb and now it seems to be working well. I was really surprised to see a no return policy in this day and age.”

Hi Jim Most of your issues with the item are in the name a description of the the item, the item is called literally 12 Volt BBQ light, and its a custom item as established clearly in the description that is why it can not be returned.

“I was on a scavenger hunt for these particular self watering planters! Everywhere else was sold out and it was still early in the holiday season! DLaguna not only had them in stock but they were cheaper and arrived with time to spare!!! Their customer service rep, Matt was amazing and I will definitely purchase items with them again!”

“I had a great experience with DLaguna. They had the item I wanted and matched a lower price. Matt was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, and checked in when the item shipped, then followed up to make sure the delivery went well and everything was as I wanted. The item came from Europe but arrived within two weeks (fast!). I would recommend them to anyone.”
