“I'm very happy with the service from DLaguna. I originally found them online searching for a special area rug. They worked hard to find it in the size I needed but it was discontinued with no stock. They went the extra effort by reaching out to the maufacturer for suggestions on similar rugs and ultimately I odered the "cousin" to the rug I first loved. I could not have found this without their help.”

“The three flood lights that I ordered were attempted to be installed and none of them worked. They were sent back to be checked out and were returned in a timely manner. This was excellent service and I appreciate the timely response. Thank you very much!”

“I am so pleased I bought these lights. It really makes a difference for my lawn. The brownish color of the body is natural looking and mingle great with plants. I also love the design. Light reflects perfectly from above creating dramatic effect on plants underneath. Order was recieved in the time frame provided with out issues.”

“I purchased four chairs to place around my fire pit. I purchased them in October 2021, unfortunately due to supply chain issues, I did not get them until spring of 2022. The late arrival of the chairs was no fault of DLaguna, And given the delay they refunded half the purchase price until the chairs did arrive and gave me an additional 10% discount. The customer service team kept me informed throughout the delay, I would definitely use them again.”

“Buy elsewhere! DLaguna is a middle-man company with little to NO control over product. My experience has been poor to say the least. There’s a massive disconnect between DLaguna, the product manufacturer and the shipping company. I have PART of a table top: no middle insert to complete it and no legs and that’s going on 3 WEEKS now. The customer service rep can’t give me ANY details STILL. I call regularly and I’m being told that I’ll be called that evening with information but I’ve yet to receive a call. No one knows anything. Not when or if I’ll be receiving the rest of the table. It’s not the service reps fault, it’s a bad company set up. DLaguna is a 3rd party you can buy through but they don’t ship the product. Next time I need something for my home, I’ll skip this middle man company and buy from a store that directly has the items purchased. AND, there’s been no compensation for all of this mess. Save yourself the hassle, don’t buy DLaguna.”
