i did not receive the one light. Only the two (2) well lights, please let me know before i call my credit card. i am assuming that the one (1) wall wash light is on back order. Steven J. Kapetanos 646-637-4645

Hi Steve We sent you an email about this on the 18th of October about this, that the well lights were on back order, you never made a claim with us over this we can partial cancel the order for the backed items with no problem. Please remove the negative review if you would be so kind

Product packed poorly. Box arrived falling apart, no way to know if parts where missing. Product is very heavy need better packaging.

When installed it was the picture I had envisioned. Then the light Turned on perfect balance Thanks for taking the time To do it right even the crate Was professional not the norm in today’s world

I was very happy with the excellent service I received from DLaguna. The customer service rep Matt is fantastic. There was a small problem with delivery , he responded right away solved the problem and did so in a very friendly helpful way. I received the item and am very happy. I would order from them again for sure.

I was very pleased with ordering from DLaguna. I had a small issue with delivery and Matt, the customer service rep, was very helpful and extremely pleasant to help with the problem. He resolved it and the item arrived and is perfect! I would definitely order from them again. Excellent customer service!

Ordered item was shipped with 2 months delay. When delivered on heavy rain day, no notification was sent, delivery person never even ring the bell. Item was soaked through. Dlaguna referred us to manufacturer. Were not involved in solving an issue

Hi Igor look it is not in our power how Federal Express delivers its packages, and yes you were notified that the item was going to be shipped and we did help you to make sure your item were funtional and good condition and we have the correspondence to back this up. This really hurts our company we people make on founded negative reviews.

We noticed the fixture would not work for our BBQ and you wanted us to pay for the return and a restocking fee. The item is under 50.00 and instead of providing good customer service we are now never making a purchase with your company again!.

Although I can't rate the item I purchased because we have not yet installed it, I can say that it arrived perfectly packed and in seemingly excellent condition. The communication was excellent, and I was aware of the status of my order at all times. Great experience.

Customer Service is really poor, no proactive communication on shipment delay . When I call in and ask for updates, same excuse every time and loose shipment updates without asking for order number for two months. There are lots room for improvements.

We still haven’t received the shipment or received updates after I was given a tracking number. Matt in sales says there was a problem at the warehouse and that it would be shipped out 2 weeks ago but I still don’t have a tracking. Haven’t heard back the last 2 times I’ve asked. Please HELP as my project has a sensitive time line.
