“We ordered some special bulbs for our outdoor lights that were difficult to find. DLaguna had the bulbs we needed and shipped them quickly upon order. In addition, they were most responsive to questions we had. I highly recommend DLaguna for any lighting needs.”

“I was very with the customer service I received. The items I ordered had not yet arrived, and I contacted customer service to see what the status of my order was. A person answered the phone and promptly looked into my order status. I was informed that there was a slight delay with the manufacturer and was provided an estimated delivery date that was met. I also received a follow up email to make sure all was well.”

“I am so pleased with my experience with DLaguna. I ordered some lightbulbs. They had been discontinued and I immediately heard from Matt, giving me the option of another bulb. They were quickly shipped and I received notice they had been shipped. On the day they were delivered, I heard from Matt again asking if I had received them and whether they were in good condition. I don't think I've ever had such consistent communication from a seller. I would purchase from them again in a heartbeat.”

“Recently ordered a Rio solid surface shower base from DLaguna. The customer service was outstanding, I received numerous txt with updates about my order, and I was surprised at how fast it shipped. The product arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition. Great buying experience with DLaguna, would highly recommend them!!”
