“Superb service, First pair of shoes I ordered did not fit and originally was told on website that the next size up was not available, however when I spoke to customer sevice the last pair in the size I wanted was found and despatched next day. Brilliant , will definitely use again.”

“Ordered a pair of trainers that weren't available anywhere else, paid for next day delivery which Daniel footwear promptly dispatched however the delivery company you use are awful. Received a time slot for delivery so had to leave work early, then waited 4 hours and no delivery. Phoned the delivery company but it was closed. Following day I was told the driver ran out of driving hours so I had to collect the parcel from their pick up point. Completely dissatisfied!!”

“I would have scored 5 star only I didn't recieve a returns label with my order but this was rectified via telephone call.A very helpful male consultant emailed me with the paperwork .A bit of a nuisance but all ok.Quick return backed up with a confirmed refund email.I would use this site again but as just stated needed to return the item.”
