I paid for next day, they arrived in 2 days! They were faulty so I rang. Your colleague told me to send them back and wait a few days and then reorder. So I sent them back (at my expense) and waited, reordered and repaid P&P! the new pair have the same fault! It looks like they were resent. I rang again, have been promised a discount voucher, and a free returns. This will cover my expenses for the second purchase, but nothing for the first! So yes I have not had a good experience.

if you're ordering from the US, BEWARE: return shipping costs are more expensive than the shoes themselves. if you aren't sure you are going to keep them, i advise shopping somewhere closer to home.

ordered and paid for a pair of K&s shoes which I buy regularly after a couple of days get an email saying it is out of stock. was extremely disappointing .

The zip on the left shoe keeps coming down when walking, the shoe then slips off my foot and keep stopping to fasten it.

I didn't receive the purchase because you requested additional proof of my address. I have made many purchases outside the USA and never needed additional proof of address. Since the purchase was going I my credit card billing address I saw no need to fax a utility bill with my address on it. Way too much trouble for a pair of sandals!

I enquired why the delivery was taking so long.They replied to say the item had been lost in transit. The item was now out of stock so I was issued a refund.

With us delivery all over the UK the parcel will be passed around several depots in order to get it to the right place within a certain time frame. This can result in parcel getting misplaced. I ordered a pair of black suede courts in the January sale. I was sent a pair of shoes that had clearly been worn and returned. The soles were scuffed and the suede marked/scuffed in several places on both shoes. Very disappointing.

My online order went smoothly, I use Daniel footwear on a regular basis as I have an addiction to shoes/boots and find Daniel has styles which I really like, however unfortunately on collecting my order from the street lane store in Leeds I didn't receive the usual happy helpful customer service I usually get. Firstly as I approached the till to ask for my order I had to struggle to get by a member of staff which had no manners what so ever and stood in the middle of the isle even though she saw I was trying to get by she just didn't move an inch which I thought was so rude, as they had a sale on the store was messy with shoes/boots all over which made it difficult to get to the till. No smiles from either of the staff present and I felt like more of an inconvenience than a customer, the lady at the till took my name and proceeded to get my package, on bringing it back to the till she for some reason took scissors and began to open my package?? I'm usually just handed my package with a smile and a thankyou so I just can't understand why this lady wanted to see what I'd purchased, after years of shopping at Daniel I feel new staff are ruining the pleasant feeling of shopping in this particular store and I certainly won't be returning and spending the large sums of money which I used to. Customer service is so important especially when the customer is spending hundreds and is a regular customer, I'm thinking this is the reason this store is always empty of customers nowadays, such a pity.

Received the wrong boots. Sent them back got the correct pair delivered but were too small. I sent them back and I am still waiting for my £100 refund that was over a week ago

I was happy with product but not so happy with packaging or missing items. I have a pair of the ugg sneakers in another color from another store and they with an extra pair of shoelaces. My box had no inside packaging just shoes thrown in a box. This was my first purchase with your store and may very well be the only.

Shoes arrived with mark so in the suede and then to add insult to injury I had to pay to return them...since when does that happen in the online shopping world nowadays?!

Sadly the £150 UGG boots I bought were just not acceptable - one bigger than the other due to bad manufacture of the stretchy-material around the zip, and one zip not fitted well either and difficult to use. Returned them a week ago and waiting for hopefully a properly manufactured pair to be delivered - am hoping that staff at Daniel Footwear check this pair for quality before sending to us.

I am trying to return the ankle demi boots and have sent an email asking for help - no reply. Since you are out of the country based, how do I do that please? Do you have free returns or will it cost a huge amount (according to the post office). I have only a short number of days as per your return policy. Hurry!

The shoes were substandard as velvet was coming away from the sole and in the other pair available in another store were the same????

I didn't receive my order after 8-9day I phone customer service and they said I will receive my order next 2 day but I still don't receive my order . I say to the customer service I have to go somewhere after 2 day but no luck, so have to cancel my an order after 4 day .

Ordered a pair of shoes online and the wrong shoes came, went in store to change them to what i ordered and they were not in stock so had to keep the ones they sent me and get a bigger size. Because the shoes were dearer i then had to pay £20 extra for the shoes.
