“I was very concerned initially about ordering on line, but I was extremely impressed by the whole service and the delivery being only 2 days. I would have no concerns about reordering from the website.”

“Firstly, I received the review email before the shoes had even arrived. Secondly, the laces were a noticeably different colours on my Sahara gold pumps, which I've had to change myself. Thirdly, I paid £39.99 for the shoes online and the sale tag on them said £27.99! Not a happy customer.”

“Checked the returns policy before ordering and was assured that returns were free. Went to return the shoes I bought and had to pay £8.90 because they were in the sale and not covered by free returns. Will not be shopping with Daniel again.”

“Item delivered quickly & packaged nicely. These Scholls are a good fit & seem comfy. Some people have said that they are very narrow but I don't find this to be the case & I class myself as having normal/average width feet. The footbed is shaped which may not suit everyone but seems find to me. Roll on my holidays...”

“Excellent service from Daniel footwear, parcel arrived on time, very good packaging. Unfortunately the shoes were too small so had to return for a size larger and even though the time limit was out of the nine day return policy, as these were a birthday gift, Daniel footwear exchanged the goods which arrived within one week of return. Excellent response time with regards to email exchange, almost instant. Would definitely use this company again, very pleased with the excellent service. Will also be calling at their outlet at Cheshire Oakes next time I am there. Thank you”
