“Sent the wrong size.. 5 days after returning the item still refused to refund me, in the end I had to open a case with paypal.. Love them in the shop awful online experience will never shop there again”

“I ordered a present for Mother's Day and paid the additional delivery cost to guarantee delivery for Mother's Day. I had to chase the order up as the order was delayed. Then I was informed the present would be delivered on Monday after Mother's Day. I was asked to request delivery time on Monday. I requested after 3pm. The present arrived at 1:30 pm.”

“When I paid for my order, I found that my Mothers Day discount hadn't been applied, so I phoned the Daniel office in Leeds and was immediately refunded the overpayment by Jennifer, who couldn't have been more helpful - she even emailed to confirm. My shoes arrived only 2 days later, but unfortunately they were unsuitable so again I phoned Daniel where Andy advised me to take them back to my local branch where they would initiate the refund process. By the time I got home, I had email confirmation that a full refund had been made to my account. The measure of a company, for me, is when something goes wrong and how that is dealt with, or the system is tested and found to be lacking. In this instance my shopping experience was a total pleasure - right from the browsing stage to this, the moment I felt enthused enough to write a review which I don't usually do. 10/10 for customer service - thank you!”

“Despite the fact that the 'sale' sandals were marked communicating with customer services has always received a prompt response and the team are very helpful. In the end I returned the sandals and exchanged them for a pair of shoe boots which were in the sale at a very good price reduction and I am very pleased with them.”

“Hello I received my black patent cork shoes this morning at work and I absolutely love them. The only negative feedback that I can give is that the shoes had white marks all over one of them and had to wipe the marks off. You dont expect marks on a brand new pair of shoes!!”

“Well I still haven't received my sandals yet. I was given a tracking number but you didn't name the courier so I can't check where my parcel is at the moment. It would be a good idea to have a link to the courier company in mu order history. It's been two days since I got the email stating that my package has been dispatched but I take that with a pinch of salt. Another company I ordered off, it took three weeks before I received my parcel. We'll see how could you are when I get my sandels. Shaheen Loughnane”
